Everyone that my wife and I encountered at this ford dealership was awesome. Dale was our sales person and was so great to work with. He answered all of our questions regarding the vehicles we looked at. Eric was also awesome. We spent half the day at the dealership. We almost couldn't buy the truck we wanted, but they still made it happen for us even when it was past closing time. I really recommend this dealership for your vehicle needs!

This was the best buying experience I have had. I believe in shopping local. Baylee did an amazing job and they made it easy. I have NEVER purchased a Ford before and coming from an equinox it was night and day difference.

I just bought a new car from Wheelborg and let me say that I have never had such a positive experience. Jim and Eric helped me get nearly everything taken care of remotely so I was in and out in 20 minutes including the test drive. They treated my young son and I like we were part of their family. I cannot express how impressed I am with the dealership and their staff and giving them my business is an absolute no brainer.

If I could give zero stars I would. I brought my 2017 Mustang in to have a recall fixed that was issued on the camera. My camera had no problems prior to Weelborg Ford touching my car. Figured if there is a recall better take it in to stay on top of things. Worst decision. Now my backup camera doesn't work. Took it right back in and they wanted to charge $318. I was curious why I'm being charged for their mistake. We will never go back!!!!!!

HIGHLY recommend Weelborg Ford in Redwood.Our experience while purchasing our vehicle was truly enjoyable (which you don’t often say when buying a vehicle!).Baylee is very knowledgeable, quick to action, personable, organized and efficient.Dale was kind, humble and you could tell you weren’t just “another customer” to him.We felt we were supported every step of the way, we were not forced into any decisions, and our experience was genuine. We purchased a vehicle here and they were able to meet us to deliver the vehicle. The driver was over 30 minutes late with no communication that he was going to be late. When we started the vehicle to leave the gas was empty. It was also apparent that they did not clean the vehicle very well as the back hatch was caked with dust/dirt as thick as the seal around the glass.

Great customer service! We were pulling our camper trailer from Indiana to Yellowstone. We needed to get a quick check of our battery and alternator of our Ford F150. We called ahead and they were willing to check our truck’s systems! We are so grateful for their willingness to go out of the way to help us. They even told to us to grab some snacks inside for our girls. We were well taken care! Highly recommend for your Ford needs! Thank you Weelborg Ford!

My family took a chance at going out of town to have servicing done to their vehicles, and it paid off for not only them; but also myself by word of mouth. I still take their vehicles in, but also enjoy having servicing done to my OWN truck. Their mechanics do quality work that does pay off, and for me they had been the best at listening and resolving any concerns that I may have.

The service team was very professional, and quick. They accommodated my schedule, gave me a quick appointment and helped me recognize rust that I would have otherwise missed on a used car I brought in for inspection. Kevin from the sales team was engaging, professional, knowledgeable and really great to work with, answering all my questions promptly and expertly. Overall really great experience. I highly recommend.

I was brought here on a flatbed tow truck due to a flat tire. Without even looking at the car, much less measuring the tire tread, the Service Advisor tried to sell me four tires. After agreeing to only two new tires, which had to come from the warehouse the next day, they informed me they didn’t have any loaners available for me to take home and told me to call someone for a ride because their shuttle service didn’t go to Renville. If you value Customer Satisfaction, and want a dealership that puts customers first, you will need to first be a customer somewhere else. Avoid at all costs if you live more than 15 miles away from Redwood.

I would highly recommend this dealership. Erik was a great salesman to deal with. He made the process seamless and easy for me. I got a really great deal on an amazing car. I would absolutely drive the 8 hours to buy a car from Weelborg again. I was dreading buying a new car because I had a poor experience last time at another dealership, but the experience I had at Weelborg Ford surpassed my expectations and I am extremely pleased. Buy the car here was a great experience and I would absolutely buy a car from them again. Servicing a car here? Never. Tried their repair services three times, they were more expensive for labor, comparable price on parts, but terrible internal communication. They make mistakes about what needs to be repaired which delays the return of your vehicle. And if you call to ask them to make it right, regardless of how polite you are, their response is more or less, "Oh, well. Sounds like a you problem."
