Often very short staffed and staff that are there are rude, facility is EXTREMELY dated with tiny resident rooms and inconvenient bathrooms smaller than the closets.

As a pastor at Northwood Church I regularly visit someone at River Valley. The staff is always very friendly and helpful.

As someone who has worked at other facilities, had family members as residents in other facilities, this is by far one of the best places I have worked, and have the best staff. Team orientated and always willing to help meet the needs of others.

Everyone was friendly and helpful with my Mother today was great all around. Thank you all very much.Even with the Mini Van was great.Just a suggestion when she has to use the Mini Van that it would make it easier for her to use a regular wheelchair as they have trouble getting her into her appointment because of barely getting her into thier elevator. River Valley Health & Rehab has such a warm, home-like environment. The birds & fish are fun to watch! Staff work hard to take care of their Residents and always put their needs first. Another perk is that their food is amazing!

River Valley Health & Rehabilitation Center is a beautiful facility. Dedicated staff that are there for the residents and continue to provide quality care. Highly recommend checking out the facility, you won’t be disappointed!
