I do not live in the Redwood Falls area, but happened to be there for business. I mailed a parcel at the Redwood Falls post office. There was a problem with the way the transaction was entered into the system.. When my item wasn’t delivered, I called a few days later and Emma answered the phone. She was courteous, professional, and immediately researched the transaction and got to the bottom of the issue. She is a rock star and has restored my faith in the USPS!!!

Getting sick of this place. Moved into a new house in June 2023. I am still receiving mail for the old residence (I have called multiple times about it)Now I have been noticing my bills are not showing up or when they do they are late. (Example- bill came today addressed for the 13... now guess what my payment is late!)This place needs to do better!

The lady was super nice at the counter but the fact no mail was delivered today only packages was unacceptable.

I am commenting for my workplace delivery service. For the past 7 years, we have had so many problems with this Post Office. Whether it is incorrect delivery, not stopping to collect when our flag is up or just plain putting packages into a neighboring mailbox because it is larger, this is getting tiresome. Several calls have been made and supposedly notes are taken, but we continue to receive the wrong mail and today we even received one that was ours, but mailed to the wrong address. The worst part is that the item was a check and whomever opened it, could see it was not theirs, thanks to a window envelope. This just careless mail delvery.

The employees are always friendly and efficient. Plus I’ve never had to wait longer then 2 minutes in line so that’s a plus! And all my packages have shipped and arrived on time if not earlier than they said.

The girls are always friendly and in a great mood when I stop in to the Redwood Falls Post office. The cowbell is a new addition to the door opening but all is good. Always a pleasant experience stopping in there

I wouldn't give them a rating , because my package got lost and they wouldn't help me take care of the problem! They also wouldn't call me back when I left a message!

Not friendly. Every worker, but one, seems confused and incompetent. Everytime i work with this crew, they either mess up or even worse, take our items we are sending out and somehow ruin them before they are sent out. Ive had complaints from people ive sent items to from this post office that they smelled like cigarette smoke, and no one in my family smokes. Will not go back here. Even if my post office is closed.
