The “new manager” is terrible. I used to frequent that store but now I will intentionally avoid as long as that lady is in charge of the store. Rude. And treated me like I was a child. I’m pushing 40 with two high school aged children. I got gap filler spray and she insisted that I needed my id for purchase. Maybe if I was a child or considerably young but come on. No thanks. I would also like to add the disastrous store with boxes in isles ans we’ll as carts and I had to wait to check out. It’s also messy and generally unkept looking.

New management but same rude cashiers. Convenient for a few things but better off running to holiday.

I only get a few items every time I stop here so the ease and speed of using the self check-out was always nice. Then Dollar Generals all over the place closed down use of the self check-outs due to theft (doesn’t seem to matter the town). Fine, I get it, then have employees available when lines start building up. I have seen where they open a self checkout and just monitor right next to you (better than waiting forever). Most of the staff is nice but there is one older shorter haired blonde lady who seems completely bothered to do her job every time I’ve ever had her check out my items. The self check had more personality. So please, if your other kind staff is willing to pick up more hours then I’d recommend catering to the employees who aren’t rude.

There’s no point in having the self checkout registers if they are never open. Every time I am here I need to wait in line forever for the one cashier and many customers.

Usually have no issues at this store. I go often by myself or with my kids. Loved the remodel. New employee tonight treated my 8 year old like she didn’t exist. My child complimented her multiple times and the lady ignored and wouldn’t even look at her. Not sure if she hates kids or just ones of color. But I found it extremely sick to make a child feel that way. This isn’t the end of the issue either.

This place is nasty. Staff is no where to be found. I went there the other day had bag my own things she checked me out and walked away. Both of the staff went out to smoke. I almost fell on my face by tripping over the boxes and carts left everywhere! Absolutely nothing on the shelves what so ever, this place needs to be shut down and replaced with a more reliable option. I think it’s EXTREMELY unprofessional and disrespectful to be on your phone while checking people out or while behind the resister. They put lined paper on the window just saying closed for multiple weeks on end. This place is terrible.

Amazing staff but horrible “opening” hours even though 90% of the time, it’s closed for who knows what reasons. Why have a store in town when you can just permanently stay closed and have a much more reliable store instead.
