Those ladies in the Sartell office were so amazing, understanding and extremely helpful when I was dealing with the tragic loss of my son and trying to figure out his storage unit, moving his things from it etc. I appreciate them more than I can express. I would 100% recommend !!

Great place to rent storage! They keep you well informed of any changes and work with you if you need a different spot for your needs. They also do autodraft as well as send a monthly bill, for your records. Great staff always friendly when you call and can answer all your questions. Will use again in the future if I need too.

Storage space was very clean,easy to get one rented. Secure lot and JK was very easy to work with. And they provide you with a lock. I was very pleased.

Customer service was excellent. Storage unit was clean and well maintained. I only needed a few months and cancelling was easy. If I need a unit in the future I will use again.

I've rented from JK Self Storage at several locations over the past 10 years. They are top notch from start to finish! You can complete the entire rental process online without talking to anyone if you choose to, but you can also get someone on the phone when you need to. A rare combination these days. Units have been clean, secure and rodent free in every instance. Rent with confidence!

JK Storage was great to deal with. I needed a storage unit quickly and I was all set up in a very quick time. Closing out the unit was also quick and painless; credit received for the days I was due happened immediately. Excellent!
