“Every time I go to the Rice Post Office, which is often, I have always received friendly, helpful service. I’ve also needed to call the Rice post office with questions, and have ended the conversation with a clear answer. Our postal carriers are also awesome.”

113 2nd St S, Sartell MN 56377
“We found ourselves in a predicament and had tried for hours to contact someone in DMV in St Paul, and even St Cloud Post Office, but NO ONE answered the phone. I was just trying every number in the postal offices I could find for help, and this wonderful caring person named Joanne at Sartell post office answered. We explained our situation and she did all she could to help and it worked out. Thank you so much, Joanne, for helping us in a stressful situation. She certainly went above and beyond for us, and I can’t tell you how much we appreciate it.”
