I just went in today around 4:40 and bought some pants and a belt the lady was nice and explained everything about the pants and belts, would recommend anyone looking for a good pair of pants or gear etc!

Customer service is trash. Called because I wanted some new boots and the guy asked me "why?" Then after I answered him he tried to talk me out of buying their products because most of what they had was mens and someone like me wouldn't need the boots for the things I do (I didn't tell him what I do for a living even!) . Like excuse me? I've been looking at these boots for months and have been making educated decisions on which ones I want. Very rude. Looks like I'll try another brand because this one obviously doesn't want customers.
