I'd highly recommend going to this location just for her! ? My friends iPhone 11 was stuck with voiceover on and was she locked out for almost 6 hours when we decided to go to AT&T to get help. Tonya informed us that the Apple store at the MOA would just encourage buying a new phone and not fix our problem. Tonya recommended going to Best Buy and having Geek Squad take a look. After their help at BestBuy, which wasn't long, I'm thankful for Tonya W. being so helpful and informative/knowledgeable because it helped saved a lot of time and headaches. Will definitely recommend to friends/family and I will be coming back here when I need help again.Helpfulness of Cleanliness of Knowledge of Ease of Location and Thank you so much TONYA!!!P.S. AT&T this is one employee that has gone above and beyond expectations and definitely deserves a decent raise/promotion for all the hard work and great customer service that she provides!

Very uninformed and unprofessional employees. I contacted this store on Saturday, Dec 30th at noon to ask about transferring my phone service to AT&T. The person who answered was absolutely without a clue. They told me I’d have to call my current provider, get a transfer PIN and my account number, then they told me they didn’t allow trade ins for IPhone 15 Pro. I told her that the website said they did, at which time she asked another employee and gave the phone over to them. He explained they do allow trade ins, but that she was confused by “the verbiage”. What? How hard is it to understand a question about trading in another phone? So, I called the St. Paul store which had an informed and customer focused employee. They told me that they can do all of the transfers using my app in my phone. They also told me about all the features of the iPhone 15s. They also told me the exact trade in amount and about promotions. Needless to say, that’s where I’m taking my business today.Advice to Richfield management: train your employees, don’t make excuses for their poor attitude and performance. Do better.

I had a fantastic experience with at this store the other day. The gentleman who helped us get the new phone also changed all of our names on our phones lines so when we call our own names will appear on the caller id instead of the primary person’s name. Thank you so much for your help! You were amazing!

Caution: If you find yourself at this non-corporate, authorized retailer, steer clear of George. His lack of professionalism and customer service skills is glaring. Recommending he be reassigned for essential training—both in customer service and basic decorum.

I was very satisfied with the in store service when I purchased my phone, but I went back for assistance with my caller ID coming up in another person's name and did not get the help I was hoping for. David L was not available that day. He is helpful.

Late in the day on a Friday afternoon, Torrey was very helpful and extremely patient. He actually did all the work to transfer from an existing phone to a new phone. Not only was he helpful but also explained some things on the questions I asked.

Did a trade-in promotion in the store in April. Brought my old phone into the store for them to return. They said it would take a few cycles for the promotion to kick in. Recently looked at my bill and looks like a promotion never went in. I didn't even need a new phone just thought why not, now I'm paying $800 more than I wanted to.
