“Bought a new Interstate battery July 2023 (Okoboji IA, while on vacation). Drove 15,059 miles over the next exactly 5 months. Battery wouldn't start the car (647 miles from home). Jumpstart from emergency roadside, drive home (without shutting off the engine). Interstate All Battery Center in Bloomington pronounced it dead, had it replaced within minutes. Well played!”

“For the last 2 days, my car didn't start. The husband backed out my car, when he took out the garbage bins to the street, I dont know if he left something on. We charged it and drove it again. Day 2 is the same issue. My Lincoln is my favorite car. We jumped it and drove to Interstate battery right when they opened on Sunday. Worker tested it, and it was at 45% power. So we needed a new battery from 2019. I assume I got my old one here, or Interstate has a great warranty. We got 45% off a new battery. Chose the 6 year one and was installed in about 5 minutes. The cost was $115 plus tax. Great service.”
“When I need replacement batteries, I get them from R & D Battery. R & D Battery fully test their offerings before they will sell them. The testing includes long term, in-use testing so the batteries are never rushed into use. Their website is one of the easiest to use to find the correct battery and their customer service is very helpful.”
“I went to the O’Reilly in Golden Valley this evening thinking Eagan had sold me the wrong bulbs for my headlights. When my husband and I walked in Russ greeted us promptly and was so polite. He reassured us that we had the correct lights and even offered to install them for us. He was quick, efficient, polite, friendly. It’s pretty cold outside this evening and he stood out there in the cold changing a total of 3 bulbs for us because we couldn’t guarantee that the one high beam light hadn’t been touched. I offered to buy him a cocoa and he hesitated but I insisted. He looked a bit surprised when I came back with the cocoa I had promised him, he again politely thanked me. I think that the world could use more Russ’ his customer service is impeccable. I will be back to this location in the future.”

“Knowledgeable employees who get you what you need. Manager works the counter and doesnt hide behind a desk in an office. Store is clean. If they don't have it at their store they will get it asap. I have an O'Reilly in my city but I drive to Burnsville to get my parts. Its just a better store all around.”

“Headlite bulb burned out. I got it out of the socket but not bulb itself. worked with Justin on new bulb. He offered to help when i told him bulb replacement gave me trouble. Replaced all within minutes and sent me on my way. Very satisfied!!”
“Really hard to find. Google maps did not do a great job leading us to this store. I called the store to get directions. The person who answered gave directions. They were very friendly and kind. Helped me with the questions I had as well. Here is a video to help others find it.”

The young man working the counter at the Richfield store helped me get the right one for the conditions, installed it, had great polite manners and so respectful. I was so stressed out and he made it so I could finally head home safely in the snowstorm. I gave him a big hug!! He just smiled. Thank you for epic service and saving the day!”
