Decided to switch banks today. Really easy and quick. Andrew was so helpful. Set up my account and app for me in less then five minutes. Even got to pick out a customized debit card which was a bonus.

We went in to open a new account and get a document motorized. The greeter was so kind and helpful and Andrew, the agent that helped us, was incredible! So friendly so efficient so professional!

Guy that works as a banker (I assume) is horrible. BAD ATTITUDE. I’m not a customer but came to cash my check. He is rude, standing around doing nothing while there are 3 customers in line and one slow teller. Took 30 minutes to cash a check. He just stands there than as you leave condescendingly says “have a good day”. He needs to work on that. I asked “Are there any more tellers?” He says “NOPE! only that one and rolls his eyes and walks away to … guess?? STAND THERE and watch people stand in line for 30-40 minutes. Would give ZERO if possible. Go to another branch. They are so slow and claim they are so busy with 2-3 people in the lobby. Crazy!!

They need to hire enough employees and answer everyone’s needs , I drove from Minneapolis to over there and they told me to make an appointment and come back the next day . I went to the next BANK and boom I got help right away .

Been pretty irritated that the drive thru has been out of order for weeks. Double irritated that the walk in vestibule atm was also broken, and triple irritated that a staff member just sat inside and watched me be defeated by this.

Everyone I met was friendly and polite but my experience was horrible because everyone I talked to on the phone and at the branch told me differently and my account got locked for days because I tried to send money through Zelle to family. I just don’t want to say much here but I hope everyone else has good experience when they go there.

The worst brunch you visit stay away please the manager told me she can’t help me to withdraw cash from my account cuz she doesn’t know me I have never witnessed anything like that in my life

1 star is way too high, but there was no way to give it a zero. I was there the afternoon of 19 July trying to rectify an issue and after speaking with numerous it was very obvious the staff could care less. The white woman with the long eye lashes was too worried about her nails and has no people skills, you'd get a better reaction from a table top. Not to mention her condescending entitled attitude. Hopefully more people will file complaints with the BBB or state Attorney Generals office for someone to actually be held accountable. RUN do not walk from this location!

The worst experience I have had in a bank branch that I can remember. Waited more than 10 minutes to talk to someone about changing the name on my credit card. When I finally got to a person, they tried to tell me that they couldn't fax the documents in for me (even though credit card support told me to bring the documents to a branch).. They were unwilling to help until I forced them to call the number on the back of my credit card to get the fax number. The credit card support rep was great, and could not believe that the Chase branch was asking me for a Chase fax number.

I run a small business and have been using chase for over a year now, I haven't had any problems until I tried to deposit a payment via check. They're trying to "hold" an entire weeks worth of pay for 14 days before it is avaliable. Absolutely unacceptable, I have expenses that need to be covered, they're attempting to ruin my business.Do yourself a favor bank somewhere else.*edit*Chase won't even tell me why the money is being held, or provide any information at all regarding holding an entire weeks worth of payments for 14 days. Completely unacceptable, and I will be closing my account due to this.*2nd edit*Chase tells me the check issuers bank is holding the check, however the issuer verified that's not true and chase still won't release the funds.Do not bank with chase
