“I would like to recognize Melissa the Branch Manager at the Savage location for her outstanding follow up and concern regarding a poor review that I had left due to an incident that happened at her Savage location. She called me within a few hours after I had posted a 1 star review to discuss and investigate where they fell short. Melissa was the epitome of professionalism and offered above and beyond customer service. She even resolved the issue I had immediately. Not only was she apologetic, but because of the true leader and manager she is, she wanted to understand from start to finish what had transpired in order to provide coaching and additional training to her team members. She listened to me and offered an apology on behalf of Wings. She made me feel like a valued member and she had even researched my file prior to calling me because she mentioned that I had been a loyal member for 14+ years. Melissa is truly an outstanding and one of a kind manager! She went above and beyond when she did not have to. After numerous phone calls to your health center and help from the staff within, 45 minutes later, she figured it out for me. “I have thought about opening a CD here because their rates are generally better than other banks so I finely did. Opening CDs led to opening a checking account and that experience has been better than the two other banks I was using. Any time I have had an issue, the branch is more than willing to help fix the issue. I highly recommend going to a branch over the call center.
This specific branch has been great and working with Oksana and Eric Brine have been a pleasure. I like their app much better than chase and the other bank I left. There is even a pin for quick access to the app that makes it a breeze to check your balance. Now I am trying to recruit friends for their $50 promo.”
“I was at your location off of Normandale Blvd today. I had questions about your credit union rewards program. I was lucky to get Leslie again. She was very patient and helpful. I am 73 and not real tech savvy. I had to change my credit card several months ago so I had to change my info because I could not reach the site. Leslie finally figured out what I did by trying to re-registered again. She figured out my mistake and was kind enough to write everything down for me and wished me a good day and thanked me for coming in. While the CCCU Customer service was unable to help, Tanya was able to quickly and effectively assist me. Tanya immediately recognized that a cash transaction should not have been held, investigated thoroughly, and released the funds to my account. She even was able to reverse an overdraft charge.
