Do not use this pharmacy. The people there are not helpful in person or over the phone. They overcharged me for my meds. You’re better off going to Costco, sams or Walmart.

I would give this CVS zero stars if I could. The male manager is a very rude and hateful person. I wanted to make a return of a faulty product then exchange another product, but I did not have my receipt because the self checkout didn't print it when I initially made my purchase. I had my ID and credit card I used for purchase with me so the purchase could be looked up with my card. The manager was very hateful from the start and asking why I would return two products that were already used and I politely explained my reasoning. After he harassed me for wanting to exchange an item I said I will just return both now. He then refused to process my return until I got the product I wanted to exchange. I did not want to interact with this man any further or stay in the store any longer to go find the product I wanted in exchange of the one I had already purchased, so I told him he could just keep the two products and my money. I have never been treated so poorly from a staff member at any convenient store and I will absolutely never return to this store.

Absolute worst photo service I have dealt with. I ordered my photo to be printed via their "one hour" photo service at around 12:45. After a couple hours I started trying to call the number in the email and check online to see the status of the order but I wasn't able to find any way to see it. I ended up having to go to work and hope it would be done when I got off. At 8:15pm when I finished at work, I checked my email and saw that, after nearly 7 hours, the photo was ready at 7:35. The email said the store would be open until 9, as did their hours on apple maps, but when I arrived at the store, I couldn't see anyone inside and the doors were locked. The entire reason I chose to go to cvs for this photo was because it is a gift and I needed it asap. I don't know if some employee decided they wanted an early night and closed up, or if they're short staffed. Regardless, it should not take until 7:35 for a photo to be ready when the estimate is 1:45.

Beyond impressed with the service. Out of town visitors needing transfer of prescription. Pharmacist went above and beyond to help a weary traveler. Had to pay out of pocket and pharmacist was able to change to generic AND loose up a coupon to knock down the cost. Instead of paying over $400 for "name brand"; I was able to get the exact medicine for $40. You don't see this type of service often. Very friendly and very helpful. I see a lot of negative reviews but my experience was extraordinary. If I had the pharmacist name, I'd even write a letter to CVS corporate to personally let them know the gem of a pharmacist who represents them so well.

If CVS makes you happy, this one will suffice. It's not a super great selection, but it does have a decent amount. A little below average selection for a CVS.

They lose prescriptions for controlled substances. Or one person will say there is none only to talk to someone else later who says its been there the entire time. I have had a nurse sit in on calls and they were appalled. I have also had a different person's info sheet stapled to my medication, giving me their name, address and what medication they were on. CVS management is at fault because they don't schedule enough pharmacists for the amount of work that has to be done

As I am 68 years old, I scheduled a Covid-19 booster here for 6 pm today, 9/27/2021, Monday. Throughout the day, I received 3 reminder texts and 2 reminder emails. Arrived at 5:55 pm, waited in line for awhile, and then overheard the older man in front of me in line being told he could NOT get his scheduled vaccine, because the pharmacy tech called in sick today, and the pharmacist was alone. Makes sense, but if you can send reminder texts/emails, you should be able to send CANCEL TEXTS/EMAILS! Next stop----WALGREENS!!

I wish there was a zero rating. I have son with special needs that requires meds every month and each month I am forced to endure the same thing. Horrible customer service, several trips back before prescriptions are ready or even accurate. I question how any corporation can not look at the ratings/comments are not take action?

The CVS store manager Ann is very bad,She got zero customer service skills. I was waiting for her for about 20 minutes, they called her on the intercom and when she finally shows up, she was very rude, she even yelled at the cashier for not calling her directly or something. I felt bad for that cashier, it's not her fault when she go somewhere and be go to be unprofessional and yelled at the cashier that way, horrible management. I will never go back to that place again and I don't recommend this place to anybody this manager is a bad manager!!

CVS needs to hire more qualified pharmacists and staff. It seems every prescription I drop off or need refilled has some issue. They fail on contacting doctors for refills or following up with the doctor in a reasonable time. I don’t feel one to two weeks is reasonable. Their system that texts you info is hardly ever correct. When you go in to pick up your prescription it is rarely ready and you have to make another trip. God forbid you try to call first to confirm because you can never get a person. I lost it today. I was rude to the staff and I am sorry for that. CVS needs to hire more pharmacists. They have had months to do this and they simply refuse to expand their staff or facility to meet demands. They do not care about their customers. They seem to care only about profit. I would leave but that choice has been taken away as they are “preferred” by my plan! It is truly BS and I hate the barrel I have been put upon! One star is too generous in this review.
