I went to pick up a pharmacy refill on Memorial Monday. The store was open. I arrived at 2:15pm since I know the Pharmacy is always CLOSED from 1:30 to 2:00. However the pharmacy had closed at 2:00. Another typical example of service at this store.

Absolutely appalling behavior. I came for a prescription 7 minutes before close and the pharmacy drive through gate was already shut. Tried walking in and the front doors were locked 6 minutes early. The manager on duty finally let me in. I spoke with her and the pharmacy whom I was not happy with and assured them I would not make a formal complaint. This was a few weeks ago. I went in today and was speaking with the clerk about it. His response was "oh, that was you? Thanks a lot. Now we can't wear headphones anymore because you called and complained. I told him I hadn't but he continued to accuse me of it as he walked away. I asked him to repeat what he said and told him where I'm from, we don't react well to someone being rude. He calls for the manager. I ask who the manager is and he says himself. At this point I realized he's unhinged. The actual manager comes up and just stares at me with a blank "give no F's" face while I explain. I'm absolutely done with this place. Now I AM going to call and complain.

Have twice ordered photos online through Google and the order is completely ignored. No contact, no fulfillment, no cancellation notice -- just totally ignored. Order your photos elsewhere.

Everything about this location pretty much sucks, only positive is the location is convenient. But when you go inside and experience the people working there...you'll see it's not so convenient.
Poor customer service, very poor. I mean how did you manage to get 2.4 Stars...
And here's a very sad dying, overpriced Zz Plant! Cool...no discounts, don't ask.

Over the last year I have had nothing but good experiences with this pharmacy. The biggest improvement is how informed the employees are, and how far they go to solve any issues that come up. In the past I spoke to employees who had no interest in helping. The current group of employees running the pharmacy know what they're talking about, and when they aren't sure of something they find the person who does know. What a welcomed change!

Scheduled through minute clinic website. No minute clinic at this location. Covid test was charged, even though drive-through test was canceled, and should have been able to be billed (free) through insurance. Was not able to get strep test needed, which is why I canceled.

As a convenience store this place is just fine but as a pharmacy it sucks. I Feel bad for the pharmacy techs here. Pharmacy is always understaffed resulting in long waits. Drive through is open sporadically and they shut down for a while everyday for lunch because they don’t have enough people to cover.

I was supposed to pick up my wife's prescription and it took them 3 hours to fill the order and still didn't get the order because they said they were closing in 30 minutes and I think there just at the store bleeding the clock out and not doing there job people need there meds what are you guys doing just standing around texting on their phones I don't think there are two professional up there anyways at this location
