Over the last year I have had nothing but good experiences with this pharmacy. The biggest improvement is how informed the employees are, and how far they go to solve any issues that come up. In the past I spoke to employees who had no interest in helping. The current group of employees running the pharmacy know what they're talking about, and when they aren't sure of something they find the person who does know. What a welcomed change!

Scheduled through minute clinic website. No minute clinic at this location. Covid test was charged, even though drive-through test was canceled, and should have been able to be billed (free) through insurance. Was not able to get strep test needed, which is why I canceled.

As a convenience store this place is just fine but as a pharmacy it sucks. I Feel bad for the pharmacy techs here. Pharmacy is always understaffed resulting in long waits. Drive through is open sporadically and they shut down for a while everyday for lunch because they don’t have enough people to cover.

I was supposed to pick up my wife's prescription and it took them 3 hours to fill the order and still didn't get the order because they said they were closing in 30 minutes and I think there just at the store bleeding the clock out and not doing there job people need there meds what are you guys doing just standing around texting on their phones I don't think there are two professional up there anyways at this location

Im usually a walgreens customer, but this cvs location has changed that!Yesterday was one of the first times I’ve experienced anybody in line (at all) and even with a line it was equipped with enough knowledgeable staff working that the line was very quick. It’s the exact opposite of the experiences I’ve had at the Walgreens on lyndale.

There are five CVS within a mile of us. The one at 6450 Penn is not only the best of them, it is one of the best businesses we have ever used. My lovely spouse takes over twenty meds every day. Since we started at this store, they have stopped me on two occasions from giving her Rx they thought were not good for her. And, they were right both times. From the moment you enter the store you are greeted with smiles and friendliness. There are pharmacies everywhere. There are few that have the kind of helping, caring nice people that are here.

Absolutely the worst experience. I purchased a Rogaine, 2 days ago, which is behind the case, so cashier had to get it. Unfortunately, I did not realize it was for men, until last night. Today, I tried to exchange it for the women's, nope, they wouldn't do an even exchange, as the sale ended yesterday. I was firm, did not raise my voice, nor swear, and was told by an employee to check my attitude. I will never go back to cvs. Absolutely the worst

We purchased diabetic blood sugar testing needles but accidentally forgot them on the counter. When we called to see if they were found, we were told that they did indeed have them. They told us they were closing in 5 minutes at 6:00, so we left to go to the store. We were on the phone with the pharmacy letting them know that we were on the way, but he wouldn’t assist with allowing us to pick them up. We drove into the parking at at 6:01. There were employees and customers still in the store, but the doors were locked. He wouldn’t even consider waiting the extra 2 minutes to help us knowing our situation— These needles were purchased to bring to my elderly brittle diabetic father who is out of the country on vacation, as we are flying tomorrow to meet up with him. Now, he will not have enough needles for his trip. I would have hoped that a pharmacy could have been more empathetic with our situation. He was so rude and apathetic, trying to have us search for a 24 hour pharmacy to get more needles (even though he knew we had already purchased the ones we left on the counter 10 minutes earlier.) We were in the parking lot 1 minute after we finished our phone call and yet no help at all.We will not be coming to this pharmacy ever again. Could not be more disappointed in their lack of customer service and care.

I would give this CVS zero stars if I could. The male manager is a very rude and hateful person. I wanted to make a return of a faulty product then exchange another product, but I did not have my receipt because the self checkout didn't print it when I initially made my purchase. I had my ID and credit card I used for purchase with me so the purchase could be looked up with my card. The manager was very hateful from the start and asking why I would return two products that were already used and I politely explained my reasoning. After he harassed me for wanting to exchange an item I said I will just return both now. He then refused to process my return until I got the product I wanted to exchange. I did not want to interact with this man any further or stay in the store any longer to go find the product I wanted in exchange of the one I had already purchased, so I told him he could just keep the two products and my money. I have never been treated so poorly from a staff member at any convenient store and I will absolutely never return to this store.

Absolute worst photo service I have dealt with. I ordered my photo to be printed via their "one hour" photo service at around 12:45. After a couple hours I started trying to call the number in the email and check online to see the status of the order but I wasn't able to find any way to see it. I ended up having to go to work and hope it would be done when I got off. At 8:15pm when I finished at work, I checked my email and saw that, after nearly 7 hours, the photo was ready at 7:35. The email said the store would be open until 9, as did their hours on apple maps, but when I arrived at the store, I couldn't see anyone inside and the doors were locked. The entire reason I chose to go to cvs for this photo was because it is a gift and I needed it asap. I don't know if some employee decided they wanted an early night and closed up, or if they're short staffed. Regardless, it should not take until 7:35 for a photo to be ready when the estimate is 1:45.
