Friendly on the phone when a new customer, but not so much face to face in the store. New pharmacy, new coverages....... I'm new in Minneapolis and with CVS.....be nicer!

This pharmacy is great. Very friendly, efficient, professional and knowledgeable staff. Pharmacist advised me on how to have my physician re-write my prescription to save money, and my out-of-pocket expenses went from $93 to zero. Just moved from out of state, so nice to find such a caring place!

The employees try really hard to provide exceptional customer service, but this is a busy pharmacy and they don't appear to have adequate staffing and meds are frequently out of stock. CVS could do allot to improve this location, but the workers are really great!
