This pharmacy is great. Very friendly, efficient, professional and knowledgeable staff. Pharmacist advised me on how to have my physician re-write my prescription to save money, and my out-of-pocket expenses went from $93 to zero. Just moved from out of state, so nice to find such a caring place!

Most of my experience at this pharmacy has been positive, but I had terrible customer service this evening picking up a brand new prescription. The staff member was rude (no name tag on at all), never asked me if I had questions, and didn't offer to provide counsel despite the packaging indicating this was a new medication for me. I was also surprised she didn't even bother to confirm she was giving me the correct medications to begin with. I was disappointed that after a long day I had to pick up new medications and was treated so poorly by this young staff member in the process. I was anxious to begin this new medication to start with, and she managed to make this experience worse. Please do better!

CVS /Target Richfield Mn.Marietta is Phenomenal!!!She single-handedly made it so I would stay with CVS.She takes such care of her customers with her knowledge,her positive disposition,her ease.Marietta should be teaching customer care for cvs.I was willing to spend more money somewhere else just to get comprehensive medicine care.At one point I was told from another CVS pharmacy that if I wanted my medicine I’d have to call the other CVS pharmacy’s and see if my medicine was available then hurry go get it because they wouldn’t hold it for me!?The next time I go to pick up meds I’m going to ask Marietta if she received accolades from you at the very least she should be paid her worth in gold.She is an incredible ambassador for CVS.I would be gone if it wasn’t for her.Rudeness isn’t part of Marietta’s DNA

Andy was a big help. I was having trouble getting a med fill when I called the day before. The lady was rude,short and not helpful at all and I had a deadline for the prescription. The lady was rushing me off the phone and did not bother to look into things.This is the reason for the 3 stars.if I encountered Andy first it would’ve been. 5.The next day I called and Andy was very welcoming and kind on the phone. In a matter of minutes he was able to get everything squared away and ease my stress! I had a lot of questions and he was very patient and answered them all and was knowledgeable!Andy thank you again!

Getting my pain medication here felt more like pulling teeth than the wisdom teeth extraction I had next door. Avoid at all cost.

Horrible experience. Long wait times to find out they didn't even show my prescription in their system. Called my provider to confirm right location. Then they tell me it will be an hour. The lady at the front asked for my name at least 5 times then called me the name of the patient in front of me twice. Even when asked they didn't update my contact information that was 7 years old so couldn't tell me when my prescription was ready. Came back for the prescription and they said they only had one of my two prescriptions and I would have to go to another CVS with another 1 hour wait. This is the 3rd time they have not had a basic and common prescription. I will never go back.

Good luck trying to get anyone on the phone. I waited on hold for 20 minutes before someone would come on the line to assist. There is always a line to pickup but they only ever have one window open. The pharmacist is clearly racing around in the back and never seems to have time to consult or review anything. I am sure it has to do with the absurd metrics that chain pharmacies use to gauge quantity-filled, rather than patient care. There frequently seems to be issues with their processing of insurance and although mine has not changed for several years they always need to see the card because "the information isn't updated in the system."

So, I had an appointment for a COVID booster, arrived exactly on time, checked in as requested, and there was no one responding to my arrival. I could hear her talking and laughing in the office that had a closed door. I waited for 20 minutes, she never stopped entertaining her friend. I had multiple confirmations of my appointment, but really bad employee chose to party instead. But the way, we can hear her, she should be informed!! No vaccine for me, THANKS SO MUCH!! Pew. I bet you don't post this.

I want to say, working with Kristin(hope I have this spelling right) Knight, is always very helpful, even during these crazy times, she is patient, kind and caring! I am grateful when I am able to work with her and ask questions. Also there is a pharmacy tech that I have dealt with numerous(darn I cannot remember her name) times she is also very kind, patient and caring. Both respectful to their customers! I appreciate it!
