My eye exam went great! The person working out front did a great job of handling the constant phone calls and also helping me. The doctor was friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. He explained everything as he went and even gave me choices about how I wanted to handle my changing vision. Overall, it was a great experience! I'm happy to have found an eye clinic I love in such a convenient location.!

The service was fine but the prices have gone way up. I was not expecting $1000.00 for two pairs of glasses. That has me looking elsewere for service.

The doctor was very thorough and helpful. I appreciated her working on Christmas Eve. She took time to help me find the right contact lens combo. The sales associate helped me get my glasses ordered quickly and easily. Thanks!

Friendly, fast, I had a late day appointmant and they were still on time. They had an option for mapping my eye that didn’t require dilation, which was terrific. Great experience.

Been going here for years - It has always been a very professional, pleasant, and efficient experience both from the optometrists and office staff. I purchase my contacts from here, and glasses online; so it's always a relief to me that I've never felt any sales pressure following an eye exam beyond simply asking if I was interested in new glasses.

Great experience today at Richfield Target Optical. Eye exam with Rachel Strang was thorough yet quick and she provided me with a ton of info and super willing to answer questions. Sonia was amazing in helping me find both glasses and sunglasses and was professional and friendly. Both of them made what can be a bit of a no fun experience really easy and enjoyable. Was happy with the selection of glasses and the prices are very reasonable. I always put off my eye exams - no more! Highly recommend!
