The female manager with dark hair took my name, email address, phone number, along with a photocopy of my receipt three weeks ago so that she could check the status of my “missing shipment” and “Call me back on Monday.”Still waiting for that phone call.

The work was great but the representative Eric does what he wants, not what you ask, he rushes and does not listen to special requests. He had to redo my order 4 different times because he wasn’t paying attention to detail!

Very long wait lines. A self-help receipt print out machine would assist with this issue tremendously. I will frequent this location regularly upon installation.
