These guys were awesome. Had to send my computer off to the service center to be fixed, but they didn't fix all the issues, so the guys here did the repairs for them. Took a couple hours, but Isaiah, Joe and Nick were all SOOOO helpful. They fixed it on the spot and made sure I was well taken care of.Service center 0 Geek Squad 10!

Took my phone to get fixed. They fixed the original issue, but broke something else/didn't properly put the phone back together. Got my phone back in worse condition than when I brough it in. I'm hoping I don't have to pay to get my phone repaired again due to their error/mistake.

Called them and they said that they couldn't fix my monitor that of course I broke on accident because I didn't have there plan or membership protection program like I bought the monitor that cost me $460 and they couldn't even fix it even if I paid them to do it? Like idk why they have that policy but it gota go cos what if I don't wanna pay it? Doesn't make sense because they should fix it without that now I have a broken monitor and even better I bought a cheaper one for $200 and its the same one never buying any monitor with them cos Das a rip off cos of there "membership"

Bought computer from Costco 4.5 years ago. Use it infrequently due to work computer use and cloud-based file management. Couldn’t download files on it with Virus Scan Failed. Exhausted online community rooms. Exhausted 5 different fixes online agent gave me in writing after he booked me an appointment. Showed up for appointment, sat down for 45 min with agent Appoloni who is a nice guy, educational, and fixed it while also looking at registry and scanning for corruption. Asked how much and nothing. I offered to pay $50 and wouldn’t accept. Best Buy has my next laptop purchase later this year and I will pair it with Geek Squad Total Tech package. Message to Best Buy leadership is Appoloni is exactly the employee I would hire. When Delta Airlines asks you the single question at the end of your calls, “Would you hire the person that just handled your call? 1 for Yes, 2 for No.” The answer is “1” all day long for Appoloni and Geek Squad. I’d hire 100 of him. Great service over 20 years. Thanks. You saved me big time for an event I have in 6 days.

Came in for a 7:20 appointment two people were helped in front of me. Guy in the back comes out to finally help and begins helping a different customer. I was never helped. Easily the worst customer service experience I’ve had in my life. There’s a dude that works in the back with a black pony tail that came out after he had to come work and was staring at me like he wanted to start a fight. An absolute joke what they’re running there.

I came in with a shattered back screen and scratches all over. we waited 5 minutes extra for our appointment because the agent was working with someone (probably without an appointment) new to iPhones, and when he went to help us he started complaining about how that guy wouldn’t let him help the person and got frustrated with it. He spent 20 minutes running a “diagnosis” on it and we found out that there is no available phones of that kind that is available, which is fine, no worries. But what makes me mad is how he wasn’t able to find the Best Buy network right away, and immediately jumped to the conclusion that my phone was the issue and was acting weird. I said that it might be my antivirus and he was very surprised saying “you have an antivirus for your IPhone? Apple is very secure so you wouldn’t need one” BRO WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT?!?? How can you be an employee at one of the bigger tech companies and not know about apple’s antivirus being as helpful as a toddler defending the president of the united states. 0/10 would not recommend.

Had some minors issues with storage on my phone. Geek Squad was very helpful. The gentlemen went above and beyond. Gave me good advice that was very useful. What made the service better and more noticeable, the customer before said,"that guy is really good!" And he was.

Absolutely terrible. Took my phone in for a cracked screen repair. Two appointments and three quotes later they returned my phone with the screen still cracked, but now the cameras don't work and it will randomly restart. They also wiped all of the data without asking me. I talked to two techs who said they would replace the phone and never heard back. After A MONTH of trying to get in contact I finally got connected to the manager, who told me they won't be taking responsibility for the damage caused during the attempted repair. Oh, and they also broke the motherboard. I tried posting on the Best Buy forums, and was told they were unable to help me after talking to the manager, who has absolutely no idea what he's talking about. Apparently he claimed that the phone has water damage and was returned in the same state I handed off.Never bring anything of value to Geek Squad. They will only make your problem worse and their terrible customer service will only give you the run around. I'm never buying anything from Best Buy again.

Most of the people are very knowledgeable and respectful as well as helpful. However, I would NEVER give them access to my credit card account! I had an agreement for 3 years but they kept charging my account several years after that. When I called them they had no record of me!! Do not take any agreement and give them access to your account! I only got 1 year credit returned to me.UPDATE: Did it to me again! Different amount this time. Still no record of me. Had to change my credit card number because of these thiefs! Do not give them your account access!!!

I would give 0 stars if possible. I brought my cracked phone screen in for repair and in addition to not being able to fix it (understandable), the techs wiped my phone so I lost 3,000+ photos without permission (not understandable), broke my phone's camera, and refuse to take responsibility. Don't bring your phone here unless you want it to be a paperweight.
