My son has received a lot of help from this program. The staff is caring and goes above and beyond their job duties.

Our case manager is the best. He is on top of everything that is needed to be done for zyon, meetings, problem solving, emails, texts, phonr calls, checking on zyon's school activties that are is responsibility he does that. What could i have done without him. He is very flexible and makes time to complete our work. He is the best. I am glad my son is progressing because of him. I say thank you for assigning such a hard working and good hearted person for zyons struggles as a child.

If you are looking for a therapist that will stick around for more than 3 sessions, do not go here. My daughter went through at least 1/2 dozen. It took months to get a case manager and they did not even provide the services they stated they would. We had to go out and find the information and providers on our own. The provider retention and lack of responsibility for continued care for the clients is absurd. We tried for years and now seeking all outside resources.

Absolutely not!!!! ZERO stars, and not at best. The company could not be more unorganized and irresponsible. They constantly shifted therapists around, so care was inconsistent and unreliable. Without warning, the clinicians and clients were informed the company decided to pull their contract with the AH school district, and terminate the school-based therapy program as a whole. Clinicians were let go effective immediately and all clients' care was canceled. Clinicians and clients were unable to have a closing session and clinicians were unable to provide clients and their families with any resources or referrals. Youable completely abandoned their clinicians, and more importantly, their clients. Clients who were in crisis now have to fend for themselves or call 911, while other clients who had worked so hard for years with their therapist were suddenly denied services. The school district had absolutely NOTHING to do with Youable terminating the program due to lack of funding or whatnot ; the company was the one who called the school districts to inform them services would no longer be provided effective immediately. What the company did was unprofessional, inappropriate, and completely unethical. Clients should never be abandoned, and that's exactly what this company did, they abandoned each client who were in need of support.

I would give a 0 if I could and I also reviews from myself are nonexistent. This organization used to be called Headway. When I received an email several months ago that the “name was changing but not to worry, the care and services would remain the same”I held faith that this would prove correct. Headway, is now called “Youable”. Not only did they not allow my sons therapist (who was awesome and whom my son made progress with) to finish off the school year with him with a just a few months left of the school year…(per the therapist request after Youable decided to make “changes” to their structure) I did not even get word from Youable until “after” I received the email the week before from the therapist that Youable would not let him finish the school year with my son. We had to start all over with a new therapist and by the time any progress was made with the new one, the school year ended. No word about continuing services, nothing. Then it becomes even more unfortunate…. I just received an email today 7/27/23 that they pulled their services from the entire Anoka Hennepin School District. This was not due to funding, or a decision made by the district. I was informed from a trusted source that they are very inconsistent with services and move therapists around. They do not allow the therapists to follow through with their clients (the children/teen) after weeks, months, or years of relationships and trust that was built. Anyone that has ever been to therapy, or has had a child in therapy knows how very detrimental this can be for a person. Be very very careful, utilizing the services of Youable. As a mother, it really felt like the mental and emotional wellbeing of children and teens was not a priority and as a parent, that is heartbreaking. My heart hurts for the many other families, children and teens that this will affect.

They let me know by email that my appointment was cancelled, due to an error on their end. They didn’t call, text or leave a message, they emailed an old email I’m lucky I checked. I might have drove there and been denied. Maybe you should call people who are already having a hard time in life it’s hard enough having to reach out. And arranged time off work, I can’t even get a simple call back to let me know of the cancellation?? Wow

The management and staff are all but non responsive, the counseling is bland and lacks any plan! You will waste time and money, you can do a whole lot better. I can't tell you how frustrating Headways has been for my family.

Hands down best experience with the hiring process. I worked with a lady named Holly. Holly was upbeat, fun as well as professional and very knowledgeable with Headway's background and mission and vision for the community. Holly was able to answer any questions about the position, benefit associated with the position. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a job in the field.
