So happy to have my car back but…. We had the 4 injectors replaced and the fuel pump tell me why I drove it on a trailer from North Dakota to Minnesota and paid over 12,000 between the parts,labor, and tax and they couldn’t even vacuum the carpet in front or put enough gas for me to make it to the gas station? Toyota ALWAYS does both but when I got in the car it had only 3% in it and I was two miles from nearest gas station. If it wasn’t for jag doing the bare minimum I would have rated the mechanic higher but just crazy for that price I got not even a jag key chain lol!

Hands down the best experience purchasing a new vehicle through them! Nick was our salesperson and he did a fantastic job! Was very knowledgeable about their vehicles and great to work with. The whole process was smooth working with him and Liz in finance! Hands down would recommend buying a vehicle through them!

Morrie's actually turned off the check engine light and sold me the car. 600 mi. later, it came on. They were able to disguise it because it only came on in Dynamic mode after driving it for a while. $0000!!

The process was fast and easy. The negotiations were fair and I felt like I got a good deal. Beautiful car! Docked one star because the car has no manual and I don’t know how to operate it with the exception of driving, CarPlay, and climate control. Lots of learning with this new car. Could have had a tutorial

I have been so pleased with my purchasing experience with Land Rover Jaguar Richfield.
My husband and I stopped in without a definite idea of what we wanted to purchase and were lucky enough to have Diane greet us at the door. She is excellent; patient, down to earth, and never made us feel rushed. Their indoor showroom was wonderful, no more shivering through an outside lot in the Minnesota winter to look at cars; their garage was well kept and beyond convenient to get a thorough look at vehicles instead of hustling from one to the next in the cold.
When it came time to complete our purchase, Elizabeth B. was also great to work with. Again, very thorough and pleasant.
We had been to about 4 other dealerships in our search for a new vehicle and this one stood out high above the rest. When it comes time for another purchase in the years to come, this will be our first stop. Thanks again to Diane and Elizabeth!

Love this place! My service advisor Chris Cooley always explains everything needed at the time and what will be needed in future. He also quickly responds to emails with questions I have. I will purchase my next vehicle there because of him.

Excellent experience with Jaguar Richfield. Cole was exceptional. He made sure our answers, both spoken and unspoken were answered. Kept his word on when I would receive my car. And took the time to help program my app and helped pair my phone to my car. I gave 4/5 stars because there was a little uneasiness during the sales stage of the process. But, overall a pretty great experience. Oh! And my beautiful new car was presented with a big white bow!!!

I have never been overly fond of car salesman, so upon approaching Richfield Land Rover, I was a bit reluctant. Upon arriving my wife and I were looking at vehicles when Rich approached us and asked if we had any questions. He wasn’t pushy and he seem to have a very confident demeanor. The more questions we asked the more we liked about the car he suggested. Needless to say, we bought a car! If you are looking for a a new Land Rover or Jaguar, look up Rich he’ll answer all your questions!
