Very, very prompt service getting my car in for estimate. The estimate was timely and Greg interfaced quickly with insurance so I got an appt. Within a couple weeks.

Lamettry's recently worked on a deep gouge on the body of my husband's car. Everyone from the front desk to the technicians in back were courteous and professional, and their work is excellent. Definitely recommend them to anyone needing body work done.

Initial assessment was a breeze. Review of the work was detailed. High volume of other work impacted my finish time. Review of results was great. Hand off of the rental car at the shop was nice.

I regret ever taking my car Lamettrys in Richfield. Total nightmare.
I took my car in because I had hopped a curb and damaged the left front wheel.
They did an extremely quick And unthorough inspection and somehow estimated the repair cost to be about $15,000. The car wasn’t even worth that much money. They said it was a total loss.
I thought there was no possible way There could be that much damage So I took it to a different auto shop. They quoted me at $2050.
I went with this other repair shop. My car is now fully repaired and in great condition.
I am so glad that I didn’t fall for the Lamettrys SCAM!
Worst of all they stole my keys and still have not returned them or offered to pay for them.
I had my car towed to there And they held my keys. Unfortunately, when I arrived to tow the car To the other shop, Lamettrys Was closed. I tried to get in touch with them About my keys, but nobody would respond. I really needed my keys and I was so frustrated that I drove 40 minutes out of my way to the shop To ask them about the Situation. I asked If they had my keys and the reception lady said she didn’t know where they were. She was very hesitant to ask for a manager. Eventually, Because of my persistence she did ask for a manager. A man named Greg Came and also told me he didn’t know where my keys were. He refused to let me speak to his general manager. He Give me his card and said he would mail me my keys. I never received my keys or was offered compensation for them. I Called Greg many times, but he never picked up And I still don’t have my keys. What a joke. Literal scammers and thieves.
I will never be returning to this shop. They Clearly do not care about their customers.

I was treated with respect and dignity. La’Metrry’s Collision of Richfield are ethical and extremely professional!
They never overcharged me everyone was completely honest about my repairs and insurance their all are blessing to me.
I will only use La’Mettry’s for all repairs for my vehicles. They all communicated with good faith and transparency.
