    Fantastic so far. Prompt maintenance service. Clean and tidy. Plenty of parking space and quick snow removal. Only negative is raising the rent so quick only after 9 months. It felt like click and bait rent advertised at beginning. That’s why I see lot of people moving after the rent raised

    The staff are patient and understanding. Common areas are kept clean. Apartment units are nifty, sizable and efficiently designed. I really enjoy living here. I have been here since 2009. I highly recommend lydale garden apartments!

    I like this place, but we need a camera at the parking lot. My car has been broken into twice.
