Extremely rude and incompetent lady. She claimed all charging cables are the same (false) and when I objected she told me she was the expert, but she couldn't tell the difference between USB-A and USB-C. That's unfortunate because I could have made a better purchase.
To the owner: please find someone with an average IQ to deal with customers.
