I went there because I thought I had strep throat. I was able to get in 10 minutes earlier than my appointment which was nice, but it became apparent that this place was understaffed and set up to get people in and out as fast as possible. There was one person working and they seemed very rushed. They did my strep test three times and it came back negative, so they gave me nothing. They recommend gargling with salt water and losenges. My tonsils were visibly very infected. Five days later my condition has only gotten worse. I went to a different actual clinic that took one look at my throat and immediately prescribed me antibiotics. The infection spread to both my ears too. I don't have insurance so I paid 180 dollars for the minute clinic to do nothing, recommend nothing, and allow my infection to spread. The real clinic I went to later was 125 dollars and they did so much more to help me. Only giving two stars because the person working was clearly overwhelmed, but they were still kind. Definitely would not recommend.

Not updated hours - employees at another target said this one was open. It’s not & the website isn’t updated. Don’t want your time

The minute clinic is closed almost 2 hours before they're supposed to be!

The tech giving the shot was rude. This was the third time I had brought my almost 4 year old grandson in for a Covid vaccine. I knew she had to call and talk to the mother to make sure I had permission but she scolded us and we had done this twice before and no one ever said we were doing it wrong then when she gave the shot to my grandson, she never spoke to him. So, when she started with the alcohol wipe, he jumped, because it startled him as he had no warning. She proceeded to give him the shot never once speaking to him! Luckily, since I had been there before I was hugging him to keep him still, but she should have been talking to him and letting him know what she was doing. This person should never be allowed to work with children.

Scheduled an appointment to get my ear looked at, I couldn’t hear out of one of my ears and I suspected that I had ear wax build up. The doctorRight off the bat was putting words in my mouth saying I had concern about a ruptured eardrum when I never said that. She determined I had wax build up (like I thought) and told me that if I wanted to get it removed I would have to come back a different day and pay out of pocket for another appointment. So basically I paid $140 for no help and I left still not being able to hear.

Couldn't be more dissatisfied. Took 3 days for strep test results; then they called an old number on the file. Contacting customer service was a waste of time; they have no info, and can't provide a way to contact the medical provider who saw the patient.

It was my first time there today! And my experience was surprisingly good! I went there in need due to Park Nicollets phones being down and was provided wonderful service and advice! Was given what I needed and guided to the next location where I received my medication. I will say every place has a wait but in return.. There was someone there do greet me with kindness and understanding. Thank you "MinuteClinic" for being there for me when I needed someone the most!

I'm not sure why so many low reviews. I checked in online and got in when it said I would. They were quick and nice

Waited for about 2 hours while there were only 2 people waiting. Then someone comes out 30 minutes before break time and says they're going to lunch, so then I wait another 45 minutes. They then let the person who checked in after me to go first. My visit ended up being a total of 10 minutes. Easier to drive to a different town than to go here again.

CVS in the Richfield Target is surprisingly slow to serve their guests. I visited the pharmacy today to drop off a prescription. They have a drop off window where one should be able to drop off a prescription to be filled. Theoretically it should be quick; give a script to fill, key it in and boom done. But today there were tons of people there. I waited in line for 20 minutes, Not because there were so many people, but because there was only one cashier at the desk waiting on customers. I looked up and saw there were four other employees behind the desk (I'm assuming working on prescriptions) but none of them came out to help this one associate taking care of all of the guests. The poor lady working so hard to service everyone looked like she could use help, but no. They just kept on working and left her alone. Once the crowd was down to me and 1 other person, some lady previously standing around watching, came up and said, "I'm here. Don't panic." I looked at her with such a stare of disbelief and disgust, when she saw my face, she turned away and helped the other guest. I hate to play the race card here because I want to believe it wasn't about race, but it looked to me like the 4 ladies were attempting to make the older Latina helping guests sweat. I could see them looking up over at her many times and not once did the offer to help until only 2 guests were in line. Shameful. No. I am going to assume it was just poor judgement and hope that CVS management focus more on team building and giving great guest service. No matter your job, you stop what you are doing to help the guest waiting in line. Simple.

I've brought my kids several times and we've always had good experiences. Yes there is sometimes a wait but online check in is helpful and any urgent care of going to have a wait.

I'd give a zero if it was possible. Made an appointment online with a 15 min wait. Showed up 5 min early as requested. When I get here I'm told the practitioner will take a break from 10-10:30 (my appt was for 9:46) so now I have to sit here for 45 min waiting when something like that should have been known before I made my appt. no surprise the reviews are this bad...
