We have absolutely loved our time (4+years & counting) at New Horizon Academy - Best Buy! The staff is all so knowledgeable & well trained. I’ve felt so comfortable leaving my daughters with them since day 1 & know they will take great care of them. Aimee & Rachel are so approachable along with all of the teachers to help talk through any transitions or issues. I’ve had many conversations with them all even just about what I can do better as a parent & have felt very supported through every conversation about my girls. I couldn’t think of a better place to start the learning & development of my girls than here!

This place has been amazing to my two girls. The amount of love the teachers have shown them is something our family will never forget. Being able to drop your kids off at a place knowing they are safe, loved and well taken care of is a feeling every parent hopes for, and my wife and I found that here.

The care for our children always exceeds our hopes. I drive by 6 other daycare centers on the way to drop them off at the New Horizon our kids love.

This is how the employee's of New Horizon request payment of bills that are not even late, there emails are weekly and very unprofessional, below you will find the email they sent me before my bill was even due and my reply email which I would consider to be more professional then their's.Email sent from the director of New Horizon to me a paying customer:YOUR TUITION IS NOW DUE FOR THIS WEEK. PLEASE CLICK ON THE PROVIDED LINK TO MAKE A PAYMENT. ALL ACCOUNTS MUST BE AT A ZERO BALANCE IN ORDER TO CONTINUE CARE ON MONDAY MARCH 21stJAMIMy Reply to this unprofessional email that is not even written in a professional format:Hi Jami,I am so sick of your weekly emails they feel like a threat the week isn't even over... the email is in all caps whats the need for that? Why the big letter's it doesn't seem very professional at all. All my accounts must be at a zero balance to continue care on Monday really? Whats the number to your head office isn't this my first bill for this week how about you give me until Friday to pay before you make that request excuse me... I mean demand. I guess I can find it for myself don't mistake me for someone that doesn't pay there bills or gets assistance from the state. When I decide to withdraw my daughter I want to them to know exactly why. Oh and my daughter shared with me you guys let her use a calculator on her math homework who does that wow your head quarter's need's to here about that as well as your lack of professionalism.Thank'sGhartay DehkeeUnsatisfied Customer
