The store has changed. They used to have vaccine clinics and carry Nutro for cats. They would groom my miniature schnauzer, too. They banned him for nipping. I go in there now and they won't sell me fish because my tank I bought there is too small, no Nutro food for my cat, a $600 litter box where Nutro used to be and a new veterinarian clinic. A conflict of interest if you ask me. Why trust nutrition with a place that also profits from Pet Pills? It's kind of like buying snacks at a CVS or Walgreens... Stupid. I had dog food in my cart but abandoned it because I can get everything I need from Lunds & Byerlys and Target for my pets.

I took my dog for a grooming for the first time in that location normally take him to the one in Bloomington over there they are so nice with dogs they show you how much they love working with dogs too bad I can’t say the same about this location the lady that groomed my dog cut my dog’s nail and was bleeding she didn’t had the audacity to tell me that she had hurt him. I will not be taking my dog a for a groomer there first and last time the lady’s name in Sienna so people be aware of your dogs.

Genuinely frustrated. I had a prescription from my vet (which is not part of whatever vet they have there) for prescription food, which they carry on their shelves. There's not a lot of information on the website, no signs telling me what to do. When I get to the checkout, the cashier wasn't sure what when I showed the prescription and called the manager to help. The manager, who didn't look at me or address me at all, just said they don't take outside prescriptions. Why is there not a sign or anything to let people know? And why would the manager not even talk to me and only addressed the cashier? I'm standing right in front of her and she treated me like I wasn't a person! I definitely won't come back. This is why Amazon and Chewy are getting so much business.

Travis was really rude, lied to us because I'm assuming he didn't want to help, then when I pointed out what I asked for in the fish tank just grabbed it without asking what one I would like threw it in a bag. Seemed like we were an inconveniences to him.

I went in the store happy??I am visiting from out of town and I could not find what I was looking for . When I looked at Lynn (who had the name tag on) I asked her if she worked in the store? She answered me in a very rude way as though she did not want me talking to her. She said “ what can I help you with” in a way that was implying , I really don’t want to help you. I replied “nothing” and walked away. I am a person of color so I am thinking this may have been why she was so rude to me. But Lynn, if you read this please know I love everyone . I try to make friends from any nationality because diversity is what I love and even if I am having a bad day. No one would ever know.

The Richfield Minnesota store has great customer service.
Some others are lacking and due to discretion will withhold names of the surrounding stores and employees.

I’d give 5 stars but four different associates kept asking me if I needed help and following me around.
But everyone was nice and helpful.
