They have Vermin that pooped all over my belongings! When I called they said they have been suffering with problems with Rodents for months and are trying to get exterminators to come out and that many units have problems.
The property managers were nice but when i tried talking to the insurance company they wanted pictures and receipts that I owned what was in the pictures. Then they only offer $250 for mouse damage.

Eve Manager is super amazing manager. Helpful in navigation finding the right storage. She was patient throughout the whole process. I highly recommend anybody to rent here. Really nice staff.

Best day this month because I met Eve. I was looking for the biggest space and to my excitement, she found me one immediately. She also helped me download the app for my phone. I appreciate that BIG TIME! She completed helping me the rental the rental. If I can give eight stars I would.

EVE is amazing. Had trouble getting storage confirmed online. Eve spent time on the phone with me to try to assist. When I came in she showed me the space and gave me tips for opening the door. She then created the account and gave me information I needed. Eve obviously values customer service and was a great help!! I would give her 10 stars if I could!!
