My husband and I got pedicures. The staff were really nice. The nail tech took her time and was gentle with my nails. She checked in with me often to make sure I was okay with the shape and color. The environment is quiet and peaceful. The shop is clean. Chairs in great working order. So many gel colors to pick from. 5 out a 5 rating in my opinion.

don’t shy away because all the negative reviews. i stopped by to get my gel nail polish off and the guy went above and beyond. taking it off, shaping my nails, and putting cuticle oil on after. very nice, affordable, and quick!

I’ve been coming to Spa Nails since I moved to Minneapolis last year. Linda is amazing and always takes such great care of me!!! Make sure to ask for her!

I had a broken nail and am visiting Minneapolis for a few days. With carrying luggage, etc, I was really worried it would get worse and rip off my nail bed, so I came in here. One of the ladies helps me fix it and didn’t ask anything for it. I did tip her but really appreciated she was going to help me! Thank you!!

Came to this spa by a personal referral. At first it was going well. Very nice welcome. sat in my chair to get the pedicure started
I felt the lady was rushing. When she started to clean my cuticle I felt her get too close to my skin a few times. I remember saying whoa about three times and boom she cut me! I started to bleed. And she decided it would be a good idea to try to hide it with polish which made it burn and more painful. She said sorry a few times but it felt insincere and sorta condescending. She then started to speak to the lady next to her in their language (WHICH IS RUDE AF!) which made the situation more uncomfortable for me while they spoke they kept looking at me.. my lady wear a mask the entire time. After all that the cost of an unpleasant service came out to $75. When I asked for a discount she just laugh and said no.
Also got the wrong gel color. Just disappointed after another.
I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

I’m sad to see the negative reviews. I’ve been coming here since the beginning of the year. They’re always friendly and take their time. I’ve always been happy with what I’ve had done. They manage walk-ins and bonus..chairs are nice.

I was afraid for the first time at new place but Linda, she's awesome and did the great job on my nails. My big toe is cracked and she covered too nice, perfect mix color for summer.

Oh man-worst manicure I've ever had. Nails aren't uniformly shaped, polish is sloppy and uneven, nail beds not cleaned...all this took 1.25 hours for a GEL MANICURE. Awful. And it was EXPENSIVE!
