I come to this Target weekly and generally find it okay. Today I believed I was racially profiled by store security, Elyas (sp?), as I was walking toward the exit. Before leaving he stopped me to ask to see my receipt then dug through a bag asking about its contents. He did not give an explanation for his actions. Upon finding nothing of concern he gave me my receipt. I looked around and asked if anyone else would be stopped he said "not right now". It was embarrassing and unwarranted. I understand he has a job to do but how it was executed felt like racial profiling considering the other patrons who were not POC and were not stopped. Unfortunately I do not feel safe returning to this target. Please invest in implicit bias training Target.

My favorite target to go to currentlyPros:- Big parking lot- multiple entrances and exits- large produce section (for a target)- amazing well stocked furniture display- decent organization in the clothes department- Cons- some items like cheese and heavy cream tend to not be in stock often

Target CVS pharmacy. I've been going here for years. I'm really starting to wonder why. Because of my height they keep referring to me as "him" I've shown them my drivers lisence, my passport and my birth certificate and nothing helps. I'm a triple D. You think that might help, but nope. I just can't get the point across. I go there to get my estrogen patches, that might be a hint. This is a depressing, miserable and degrading experience. The only reason I've gone so long is its right near where I have my daily work out.

The App is perfect for picking up curb side, the employees bring the items too my car because I'm so lazy to just walk up in the busy store but it's definitely so convenient for me.

Was blatantly ignored by the electronics guy, he was already helping me when someone decided to interrupt to ask about something, target employee directs all his attention to him and leaves to find something for him after i had been patiently waiting for a while already. Not the first time something like this has happened and that is just sad

This target ..well it's pretty good. For the most part. I always have to come here because if I get a prescription I fill it at the CVS in here. I'll review that cvs separately (maybe 4 or 5 stars). The store is fine. The produce section is fiercely competitive and scary so get your game face on before you step foot over there. Other than that the only thing I noticed is there's always a big shortage of plant based options in the frozen section. Yeah i'm a vegetarian so I would know. I don't even really care because I only buy those morningstar chicken nuggets (Buffalo yumm) as my frozen treat and they usually have those. But I do walk by and get terrified that my fake Buffalo chicken will be gone because seems everything else plant based is gone. Then I take a deep breath and calm down when I realize the fake Buffalo chicken is in stock. Such a rush. Thanks target

I moved about a month ago to the area and within that time have spent over $10,000 at this location alone helping fill my new house. I ordered a simple order pickup & came to pick it up. I walked in through the open doors of the pickup center and was rudely told I needed to walk back around 10 feet to another entrance-okay. Walked in through the "other entrance" to 5 employees not social distancing by any means with their backs turned to all entrances, not acknowledging me-the only customer insight. Then I had another worker tell me that I needed to step back to a red line. There are no signs. No employee direction. They weren't even pleasant to talk to. I left & will just be canceling my purchase. Horrible management. Horrible systems. Zero standards. I'll be moving my business to another location/company.

I love this target. Very clean and easy to find what you want.

Went to this Target to grab a few things before I left to head back to Chicago, they barely have any lines open in the morning. The aisles were mainly clean, it wasn't too hard to find what you're looking for either. Store has everything you need for the most part. Prices are fair but much better than Chicago for sure.

Go on a Sunday: No eggs. No bread. No milk. I swear they run out of this stuff intentionally so you have to buy through the stock of upscale breads and necessities.

Getting some pet food and some organic products was in the area and we stopped by for some things for home and for our 4 legged kids. Clean store but incredibly busy place .

I've loved Target and have spent so much money and time there for many , many years . Now after the remodel I can not stand going to the Richfield , Edina or Bloomington Target . They are messy , they have empty shelves and it's difficult to find things . I feel like I'm shopping at Walmart .

I tend to forget that this Target is here. I stopped by on my way into Bloomington because I was feeling frustrated about traffic and needed to get some cat supplies. I don't do retail therapy (I HATE shopping), yet Amazon doesn't carry the particular wet cat food that my finicky cats like, so I have to go and get it myself. The layout of this location seems to be a bit different than others, so I feel disoriented when I first come into the store. The "Target map" that's in my head gets turned about. Also, the aisles seem to be narrower than other places, and it can be difficult to get a riding cart through there without appearing to be seeking an indoor DUI. Also, the riding carts are made for right-handed people. This is EXTREMELY ANNOYING. I keep accidentally backing up when I want to go forward, making the drunkenness appear to be real. The carts at Hy-Vee are ambidextrous, so navigating the store is much easier. Once I'm oriented to this location, I can usually get in and out as quickly as one can at a Target. I don't use the self-checkout. It's important that these jobs don't go away. The cashiers are usually friendly and still ask if you want paper or plastic for your purchases. I do have to say that I like this location, too, because I get to drive in the roundabouts. I LOVE roundabouts. Makes me feel a bit like I'm back in the UK.

Good store. Pretty standard. Nothing overly amazing or overly bad. I think I had a "secret shopper" undercover person follow me for a minute. My old roommate used to work that job so I'm pretty familiar with what they do. I felt like it was what I was wearing which is discrimination if I'm right. Either way I don't care that much, who knows.

This rating specifically regards my drive up experience. On a whole, Target is your standard big box store. I have recently become fond of the drive up pick up for my standard household items. It is convenient, quick, fast, and easy. All of this went out the window on my recent trip to the Richfield Target. I notified in the Target App that I was on my way and it tracks when I am in the parking lot. Unfortunately every single drive through pick up spot was taken. Was it taken by people actually waiting for an order delivery?? NO!! All spots, including the "No Parking Zone" were taken up by cars with no one in them. NO ONE!!! And I saw two people come out of the store with grocery carts and a third get out and go in the store!! Why aren't these cars being towed?? Why isn't there an announcement that these spots are reserved?? I finally got a parking spot and had to wait. And wait. And wait. All in all I probably was checked in for 20 minutes. This was not fast, easy, or convenient!! The only other time I had to wait for my order I was at least given a $5 courtesy gift card for the inconvenience. And that was maybe an 8 minute wait. Target I am disappointed.
