“Paco and Sons are great! Twice they repaired tires that Discount Tire Shop took apart and refused to repair or even put tire back together onto a rim. On another occasion Discount Tire Shop couldn’t fix a leaky air stem telling me to buy a new rim, spent $48 for them to tell me it’s not fixable yet Paco and Sons not only fixed the leaky air stem but also charged less at only $34. Tire is no longer leaking air. Thanks guys!”

“I can't believe this was in my Yelp drafts and not posted promptly. For that, I apologize. Nevertheless, my review is sincere and must be shared. Discount Tire has earned my repeated business over and over again for years. This past Thursday, July 1st, 2021 I had a leak in my left rear tire. I knew it either had to be repaired or replaced. My wife asked if I should go to Tires Plus because Discount Tire was closed? I said, "no, I will go to Discount Tire tomorrow when they're open". Upon arriving at Discount Tire in Bloomington, MN (on Lyndale ave), I was approached in the parking lot. The gentleman in the red polo and black pants asked me how I was, and what he could help me with today, and that his name was Bobby. He looked at my bad tire, and said he'd take a quick look to check my other tires. Bobby said let's get you checked in, there are some people ahead of you, and it will take about 30-45min. As I waited, I noticed that everyone was professional, smiling, the floors and waiting area was clean. Everyone working there seemed to enjoy taking care of the customers. They took great care of me as if I was a personal friend or well-respected liked family member. I was in their system because I only buy tires from them. They took care of fixing my tire and pulled my car in front. They handed me my key and I asked "is there a bill?" "No, it's all taken care of". Wow. Incredible. Bobby, Luke, and all the fellows at Discount Tire in Bloomington are outstanding. First class service from first class people.”

“My van broke down while I was in Minnetonka for the weekend (4 hours from home). AAA recommended Endurance Automotive as one of the repair places they could tow my 2017 Toyota Sienna to. Based on Endurance's Plymouth location, I chose them and I am so glad I did. Charlie called me first thing Monday AM. Based on the notes from the towing company and a message I had left for them, he already had a suspicion and he had ordered the part. He told me they would look at it that morning for an official diagnostic (after three Toyota dealers had said they were too busy!) and it ended up being the part he suspected that had gone bad. (an ignition coil?). He kept me informed, was super polite, and gave me a AAA discount to boot. I was able to be back on the road with no further problems at all before 2pm. I am so grateful and I will absolutely encourage my friends near Plymouth to use their services! I hope never to need this again while I am out of town, but if I do, I know who to call! “After 5 pm on the Saturday after Thanksgiving, I ended up with a flat. I live a few hours away from Richfield and needed to drive back on Sunday. I took the tire off, put the spare on, and started my rush to a tire place for a patch. The first place I contacted, starting with the closest, gave me a flat out "no" but did suggest another shop. The techs at that shop had already gone home butI could drop the tire off, and they could maybe get to it the next day.In a hail Mary pass, I called Goodyear and explained my situation. They said if I could be there in 5 minutes, it was now 5:35 and they closed at 6, they would patch my tire. Luckily, I was three minutes away.To make this already long saga shorter, the tire could not be repaired, and I needed two new tires. They had the size I needed in stock and installed them for me that night, finishing up about 6:40. I left the business card with my daughter, who lives in the area, so I do not have the name of the employee at hand to give him a shout-out. I am so appreciative for what they did for me.”
