They are very rude and I did a full and guy took off most of my gel so next day nail break and they made in the one with a broken nail 🤷🏿

I absolutely love my nails. It’s always so quick all the ladies are super nice there they do with the picture shows and super cheap. These were only $55.(got them refilled).

I found this place when I moved to South Minneapolis.After going all the way back where I used to live and being disappointed Repeatedly until I found this place, they are awesome. Clean relaxing, fresh smelling atmosphere. Everyone is courteous. They are really great with customer service. And they treat everyone wonderful. The best service I've had since I've lived in Minnesota, 21 years wow

Don't go here they're rude and liars. One okay worker and the other two are weird and rude. I booked for a 6:15 with the male worker after walking in and I said okay I'd come back. Go back and he tells me he never said that when clearly he did. Also my daughter heard him (14 yrs old). Plus the lady who felt the need to jump in the conversation after she let him over speak her initially. Now my baby has no Pedi or Mani for her special day. I will never go back. I spend good money and always tip well. Never again!

I would advise NOT going here.
I had been to this salon maybe dozen times now and will not be coming back.
When I left I noticed that every nail was a different shape, the polish was very uneven, super thick & not painted to the cuticles.
I reluctantly called and decided to go in for a fix. So couple days later the owner had blamed all the nails being misshaped because it’s how I held my hands out like a claw and because of that it caused the gel polish to run and pool up and dry unevenly again because of me.
Instead of soaking my gel manicure off, he dremeled it which now has destroyed my nails underneath.
He then spent a lot of time trying to fix the shape, still didn’t listen to me when I still said it was still crooked but proceed anyways to repainting them.
He told me to stop watching him work and kept demanding me to look only at the tv or the light box.
After he “finished” he abruptly got up pushing his rolling chair back and banging into the wall as he rushed away to help the next client. He never apologize once.
He also let me leave without cleaning up his edges.

My flight got cancelled and decided to get a manicure. Michelle was amazing! Took off my gel X polish without soaking them and put new gel polish on. Only charged me $35! When I'm back in town I will definitely go back.

It’s hard to find a nail salon that we feel comfortable and I am quite satisfied with the service at VNAILS in Richfield. Place is clean and well located. All the three people that works there is good, but Tina is the one I personally like ?
