I'm so happy I found ValueCare! The prices here are super reasonable compared to other vet clinics. I called around to get a few quotes for my dog's gastropexy surgery and ValueCare was the lowest BY FAR. With 2 great danes, our vet bills can get pretty hefty, but we save so much money by taking them here! Even though the prices are a lot lower, the service is still top-notch! The vets and techs here are all super sweet and knowledgeable. Our dogs love coming here and we'd highly recommend ValueCare!

Terrible service! Had 1pm appointment came 15 minutes early, they put me cold empty room and told me the wait will run past 1pm because everyone is at lunch! totally inconsiderate didn’t ask if me or my dog needed anything to comfort us while waiting! Finally vet tech comes we discuss rabies shot for my pup, so she tells to she is going to take dream to the next room to do an EXAM! as she explains the EXAM room is in another room , i say ok and i physically hand dream over to her and say I will be waiting in the other room about 30 seconds passed by and I hear a dream squealing for help so I get up I go investigate and the tech is literally hovering over dream has her like pinned down on the examining table one of the text come running and say oh can I help you? No, you can’t help me so I look to my tech who has dream What are you doing? You did not say you were going to give her the rabies Shot back here ! I say to her you told me that you were just going to examine her back here!
She gets upset with me she literally Dream into my arms and tells me to And there’s somebody else can help me
terrible experience these ppl aren’t very animal parent friendly treat pet parents as if we aren’t supposed to be concerned with our fur babies

They are great at what they do and you can tell they love doing it too. I have never had any doubts leaving my cats in their care. They are great with animals and gentle with ones that may be nervous about the vet. Very affordable and I never have to wait long for an appointment. Highly recommend!

Good pet care. Generally caring attitude about all pets, regardless of their condition, manageable pricing, they accept care credit, and they have been the primary vet office (Richfield) for more than 10 of my pets over the last many years... including assisting in our goodbyes.

I scheduled an appointment to get a stray kitten tested for felv/fiv and to get a FVRCP vaccine. However, they refused to do both at the appointment. I explained he was going into rescue and despite current AAHA/AAFP guidelines, they would not administer a FVRCP vaccine to him.
He was also prescribed antibiotics for a wound, and they instructed me to give him 1.0 ml every 12 hrs which is 10 times the appropriate dose.
Overall, very unimpressed with the clinic and a complete waste of $100. Would not recommend to anyone.

I have taken my dog to ValueCare for the past 8 years and they always did a great job with yearly exams. The only issue I have with them, is when trying to get in when my dog was not feeling well, they never appeared to find a way to accomodate time for an issue, only for scheduled out exams. Very frustrating.

Took my sick Shih Tzu here and discovered she had K/D. She's been on her medicated food for over a year and doing okay. I brought my Shih Tzu in for a dental cleaning as well, and they did an overall poor job for $700. I also brought all my cats to this clinic for neutering and 2 of them were done at the same time successfully, while the 1 of them that I took on another occasion got a horrible infection afterwards (so I had to take her back & they still charged me for the post-op checkup and her antibiotics, even though it should've already been included with the procedure imo.) It was like $600 per neuter btw... They aren't actually cheap as their prices go up almost every month, and they're not the best either. I always get the voicemail when I call, it doesn't matter the time or date, and it's specially irritating when all I wanna do is ask a quick question. They'll close on random days of the month without prior notice, so sometimes you'll need something (like a copy of a file, a refill on a medication, etc) and you call and they're closed for the next 4 days. It's so random, disorganized, and unreliable that at this point I'm so ready to switch vets.
If you read this far, I wouldn't recommend coming here. Save your future self some time and trouble.

I would be very cautious about taking your pet here for any sort of service. We had them perform a neuter on our dog, they did it, we started seeing issues and checked with them and there response was "everything was done correctly and successfully" every time we contacted them about issues with his behavior over the following two years and they never suggested doing any blood work or check ups. We finally took our dog to a different vet in South Carolina where we moved to and the vet did a blood test and said there was far too much testosterone present for having had a successful neuter. They went in for an exploratory and its turns out Value Care LEFT AN ENTIRE TESTICAL IN OUR DOG and only removed one. We asked that they pay for the bill for correcting their mistakes and they refused. BTW...our dog is doing great now! No thanks to VCVC. BEWARE

It's not the cheapest option in town, but they did a good job taking care of my cat's and dog's dental issues. I love my pets. They are my babies. If you have the budget, yes I can recommend them.
