Decided to give Wells Fargo one more try after all the scandals a few years ago. Had to make an appointment online. Wait all day to open a bank account for my new brand new non-profit. Exciting! After waiting, a person came out to tell me the biz banker had double-booked and so I couldn't be helped. Worst bank ever. Called over to Chase and immediately talked to a person who got me an appointment and let me know exactly what I'd need to bring in.

Both ATMs at this location work about 20% of the time. The other 80% the are out of service.

Excellent customer service! I was immediately greeted when I walked in. I needed a lien release for my car and they made everything go smoothly. Very nice and modern bank and really friendly people.

I was a customer with Wells Fargo for 41 years. In the last few years the customer service is terrible. Every time I call the customer service line I am on hold for at least 20 min and then the customer service lady told me I had to with draw the amount from my checking account before she could close it. When I told her I talked to a banker and they told me I could close it and have a check sent to me. After I told her that she said OH I can do that! I have closed all accounts and gone to a credit union. Lowered my car loan from 5.7% at Wells Fargo to 1.99% at credit union. Never again will I do anything with Wells Fargo. NOT CUSTOMER FRIENTLY.

Would do zero stars if I could. How the hell does it take 30 mins to move a single person through the line. They have 2 tellers open with 10 people in line and the line hasn't moved in 30 mins. This is hell.

Service is horrible there was 4 customers in the whole bank & it still took over a hour to even get access to my safety deposit witch should be the easiest thing to access in the whole bank. very disappointed

I came to withdraw money and chose to utilize the drive thru method this time... parking lot was jam packed! Service: Young lady who assisted me was very pleasant, cracked a joke and was very personable. I think that goes a long way on a busy Friday afternoon/evening. Ambiance: I think their parking lot is kinda small and set up weird, but i suppose you have to manage your space the best way you can.

Stopped in to take out some money. I was greeted with a smile and a "can I help you"? The process was very easy and a breeze. Thanks to Jackie for helping me. She did an amazing job! Keep up the great work, Wells Fargo. Great customer service goes a long way.

Hey Wells Fargo....the 90's called - they want their deposit tubes back. It's 2011. Give me an ATM, no human, and no envelope deposits!
