It seems that every counter transaction requires a managers approval. So essentially on a busy Sat morning, they have one viable teller. 25 min wait with 6 people in front of me and 3 tellers.

Worst customer service i've ever had. I went there and paid my truck off for over thirty thousand dollars and they can't find the money . Called from 3 PM to 5 PM.No one answered the phone. I canceled my checking my savings and everything there. Worst company I've ever dealt with. If you get a car loan you can't walk in and just pay it off. They make you wait 3 to 4 days. I payed cash and they wouldn't sign the title over because now they can't find the money .

The customer service is awsome. I am banking with Wellsfargo, US bank, Hungtington, and Chase. The manager of this Welllsfargo branch is the best. Wellsfargo is lucky to have this manager.

The banker Amy lied to me that I’m not able to transfer the money but I was actually able to! They wanna keep my money inside Wells Fargo.

As an institution, I despise Wells Fargo.Despite that, the manager of this location was extremely helpful. I don't like the company but this bank has great service.

This is better place , the staff is always helpful . The branch manager is also very convenient and helpful.

Decided to give Wells Fargo one more try after all the scandals a few years ago. Had to make an appointment online. Wait all day to open a bank account for my new brand new non-profit. Exciting! After waiting, a person came out to tell me the biz banker had double-booked and so I couldn't be helped. Worst bank ever. Called over to Chase and immediately talked to a person who got me an appointment and let me know exactly what I'd need to bring in.

There has never been a smooth experience at this location. There's always a long line outside for the only functional ATM if there even is a functional one.

Both ATMs at this location work about 20% of the time. The other 80% the are out of service.

We can't thank Sam enough today for all her help getting our son set up with a bank account last minute. You eased a mom's mind today that it's all taken care of for him. 10 stars if I could!!!
