Having not received a phone call from owner Brad Steil as requested to discuss my concern, I feel obligated to inform potential customers that upon entering C and D Granite, you may be made to feel as I did that I was not welcome. I explained to the receptionist that I was starting the process of looking at granite as we are going to remodel our kitchen and bathrooms. Her initial response was not one of offering to assist but rather to let me know they only care high-end, expensive products starting at $79 a foot on up. I was so taken aback that she was assuming we couldn’t afford their products that I stammered cost wasn’t an issue for us and promptly left to visit neighboring showrooms where I was warmly welcomed. Making assumptions of customers’ income based on their appearance is inappropriate and definitely not conducive to earning potential customers’ business.

After 19 years in our home our granite shifted causing two pieces to not line up along the seam as well as some minor hairline cracks. C&D came out and fixed everything and looks as good as new! They are amazing and stand by their unlimited guarantee. I wont go anywhere else.

The final product is good BUT customer service was absolutely awful. We were made to feel like we didn't belong right when we walked in, communication was spotty, I had to call and figure out when they were coming, and it was just a headache overall. We are happy with the end result however, just wish it would have been easier to get to that point.

Very nice experience! We had a moment of trouble with matching the backsplash to the counters, but Lisa came through for us in less than a day! Installers were professional, respectful and personable. We did have an issue with a seam a few weeks after install, but it was quickly resolved. Would absolutely recommend!

My husband and I have bought granite from C and D granite several times in the past 15 years. The reason we went with the company was because of the lifetime warranty. We had granite installed in our second kitchen and have had troubles from the beginning. We have 1-4 mm size pitting throughout each slab. We have had this "repaired" several times and have seen no improvement and a deterioration in the granite over time. The last "repair" did nothing to improve this deterioration so I decided to pursue the lifetime warranty. I have been getting excuses such as the picture file will not open to an "out of the office" email only to call and have this person answer the phone. If you are going to purchase granite from C and D granite, just realize that the lifetime warranty does not apply to pitting/holes throughout the granite that get worse every year.

To start they use a bait and switch method when selecting slabs. I was shown slabs and when I was sent the mockup of my kitchen it was different. Several back and forth emails where the salesman tried to convince me they were the original slabs. After I showed side by side photos of the difference, the salesman tried to say that all along he said the slabs I saw in the showroom (and took photos of) were already spoken for. He then tried to say that he told me in the showroom the slabs he was showing me were taken and I would get almost identical slabs. When I asked to reschedule to check out new slabs he “freed up a slab on hold” (so stole another customers slab - maybe that’s what happened to me in the first place). At the time of install, the granite has uneven overhang - so it is 1/4” longer on one side of my stove than the other. Also they forgot to fabricate the holes for the sink mounts on one of my slabs - so silicone is the only thing holding that sink in place. They didn’t leave me the sink strainer baskets for my sink. They also did a terrible job caulking the seams/wall. The silicone is uneven, bumpy, and needs to be redone. They scratched my granite in 3 places. I had to email the salesman several times to get a response about the scratches. I’ve been waiting 4 weeks for the scratches to be repaired. Today I received a call that I will get service tomorrow to fix the scratches. I asked if there was an approximate time of service or a window of time. The woman’s reply was “I don’t know, we’re really short staffed and I’m trying to call all the service visits to see what the times will be.” I’ve never had such terrible service considering the $8800 price tag.

Where did these people come from?! I've been thinking about getting granite countertops in my home since I bought it a couple years ago, and after listening to so many of my friends tell me that I just HAD to go to C & D Granite, I finally took the plunge. They have an amazing indoor showroom of granite countertops in many different styles and colors. Once I chose the countertop, We scheduled a time for Jeff to come out and measure my kitchen a couple days later. It only took him about 30 minutes, and then the Installers came about a week after that. All I had to do was make sure my existing old countertops were cleaned off. C & D came in....took out and disposed of the old countertops, and replaced the new ones in a couple hours. My house was clean as a whistle. You would have NEVER known they tore out old stuff and replaced it with the new. Now all I wanna do is cook and bake and wash dishes...! Maybe the new will wear off, but right now, all I can say is, "Thank you C&D Granite!" This is what professionalism looks like. Kind professionals that take pride in what they do, and treat you with kindness and respect. Thank you so so much!!!! The best present I've ever bought for myself.

We are so glad we used C&D Granite! We ended up using granite extensively in our home & it is always one of the first things people mention when coming into our home for the first time. Brad & Lisa were great to work with, & we think it's just beautiful. There was even a minor issue many years later when the adhesive in a seam had dried out exposing a crack, but due to their unlimited lifetime guarantee, they came out the next day & fixed it, no questions asked.

C & D did a great job with granite in our home! It totally transformed the kitchen! We were somewhat indecisive on what we wanted. Jeremy walked us through the warehouse and showed us many different options until we narrowed it down to the perfect one. From start to finish - customer service was top notch! The only regret we have is not making the call to them sooner. Thanks!!

Customer Service was everything expected to the final install. C&D had the conversations leading up to the install and also the attn to detail that made me feel I wasn’t just another number.
