I must say the experience was super easy for a novice and now the test of how well did I do?? Lol
I would recommend if you are looking for a quick alternative to doing laundry at home. This option cut our time in half and also when not busy could have spent 1 hour vs 10+ doing all the loads at home.
As long as people are respectful of the space it's a great little spot in Richmond!
