Staff was super helpful and made my buying experience easy and enjoyable. Very knowledgeable with in house technicians and an awesome range! They offer classes for beginners as well.

First time gun purchaser and couldn’t have been a more painless process with John. Absolutely pleasure to work with and never made me feel dumb for asking any question. Always had an answer and fantastic customer service. Happily will come back to utilize the range in the future.

To be expected at a range, ammo mark up is crazy so always bring your own.
More notable, I had a couple firearms with me the last time I went there and decided to just inquire about a trade or sell it to Bills. It was a firearm I was actively carrying (not chambered but magazine was full and in the gun). I told the clerk this explicitly when he wanted to look at the gun. First thing he does is rack the slide, chambering a round, while it was pointed right at me. I know I should have taken the magazine out but I was very clear before he even touched my gun what the situation was. I learned my lesson, but that dude better take gun safety again for when you receive a firearm from another person.

Awesome gun range!!! ? On the bus line and the parking lot is shared with the other businesses within the strip mall. The store is clean, neat, organized and has a great selection of guns and ammo. They also offer classes!!! ? Excellent Customer Service and staff! ❤ I look forward to returning!!! ?

I have been going to Bills for over a decade and always had good experiences, so I should have written something sooner, but today was exceptional! While picking something up I ordered offline I learned to make it function I would need additional parts that Bills does not carry. Instead of just telling me I can find them online where I bought the item, a young man named Dre not only recommended a couple local stores to check, but actually called those places to see if the parts were in stock while I was browsing. By far some of the best customer service I’ve ever had.

Went in to shop around and saw some supressor brands I was unfamiliar with. I asked an employee if he could tell me about them and he said "I don't know ask the manager" so I found the manager and asked if he was familiar with the brands and if he knew any statistics on it to which he responded "I don't know, they're all the same. Just a tube with some baffles in it" pretty unhelpful overall and maybe he is dumb? Not sure but all supressors are on created equally. Their quality varies depending on the material and internal design. 0/10 will not be going back since that was a pretty ignorant answer.
Tldr, rude and not knowledgeable. Avoid
