i had a great experience in this store. my family and I came to get new phones and the sales person treated us very well. although they were out of Iphones he directed us to another store where we could get it and the service over there was great too. I love my two new moto G phones they work great and my daughter is in love with her iphone, she even named it. thank you for a wonderful experience.

Chaz is the man!!!! He was professional, friendly and efficient.Every month for the past year I had to physically take my Mom into a Boost store to pay her bill.Month over month I asked different Boost reps if her account can be set up on auto pay, but none of them were ever able to get it done. Well today Chaz made it happen without any hassle whatsoever. Thanks.

Went to this location because my mom wanted to switch from Xfinity Internet and needed an affordable phone and rate with unlimited calls and texts and all of that.I want to say that the salesperson that helped my mom, did a pretty good job he set up her phone and got her all situated and then also my mom bring her friends up there and got them with boost Mobile and they did nothing but great customer service offered affordable pricing. And they were attentive to the customer and patient. Would definitely recommend these guys.

Worst customer service EVER !! On 09/08/2022 My boyfriend and I came to this establishment this exact location and purchased a portable wi-fi box. There was a lady working this day and serviced us. We were told by her that we could either purchase the 10 gigabyte plan for this device or purchase the unlimited plan . We told her we prefer the unlimited which would cost us $25 extra cool !! She gave a us a number password and username that came with the device. We completed our purchase that day . Once we got home we set everything up and everything was working fine, at least that’s what we thought. 09/10/2022 early morning we go to watch tv and notice the Wi-Fi wasn’t working so we unplugged and unpowered and tried to restarted the device we may figure it might have been a technical issue . Then we called a boost mobile rep and was told that our bill is due and our data/gigabytes ran out but also seen that we had an unlimited plan and that we should go to the establishment whom we purchased this device and get it resolved. So that day around 10am when the establishment were supposed to open didn’t open until 12pm noon. So in that mean time we left and came back. Once we came back we talk to a store rep and told them our issue was a guy working in the store this day. He even told that he seen that our plan was unlimited but couldn’t help until he got permission from his boss to resolve this issue . Once he called his boss to tell him our issue the boss refuse to resolve and tried to reimburse only $25 of our money back instead of the full $78.00 for the device and service. We told the boss we only had the service for 2days it got cut off and was told we had unlimited plan. The boss/owner began to get aggressive and speaking very disrespectful saying “ you either take the $25 or get out or I’ll call the cops for trespassing.” We refuse to leave because this situation was ridiculous and unfair. I would explain more but long story short we didn’t get our money reimbursed nor this situation isn’t resolve and will further take this to court. It obvious that this establishment We are not the first people they’ve treated this way .

Boost says I have to buy NEW phones after I purchased a $400 phone two years ago and a $600 phone seven months ago. Does that sound right to you????? Time for a move.
