Store itself if fine, but when I walked up to the checkout the cashier was nowhere to be seen. I patiently waited until he came back to which he said "b***h are you blind? The register is this one" (the one next to the one my stuff was set at). I silently moved my stuff over to the other register and he acted as if I was inconveniencing him by even being in the store. Yikes.

This had the feel of a very inner city pharmacy, although I don't consider Robbinsdale inner city. The shelves were short so you could see over them throughout the whole store. Nothing was stocked deeper than two or three products. The only reason I came to the store is they had a product in stock that wasn't in stock at any other CVS near me, and it was indeed in stock. I needed to find some 90% chocolate and so I asked where it was and the employee lead me astray. Turns out he didn't normally work at that store and when I asked again, he asked for help and we found the right place for my premium chocolate.

Horribly slow. 3 cars ahead and I have been waiting 30 minutes and counting with a car ahead of me still. Can't deal with this slow of service.

They had 2 important prescriptions for me that were ready to be picked up. My husband was going to be picking them up but running about 10 minutes late. I called the pharmacy staff and they politely agreed to stay open until my husband arrived. You guys are great! That for going that extra mile.

This CVS is always empty! I don't know where their merchandise goes. Two stars because it's close to home so easy pharmacy pick up.

In my neighborhood. It might not be ritzy like an Edina CVS, but I've never had any problems or issues shopping there after 9 years.

Always understaffed and behind schedule. If I could give them a zero I would. It used to be a great pharmacy, I'm not sure what happened in the last 6 months or so but its horrible now. It consistently takes 30 min to an hour longer than they've quoted to fill prescriptions. Even when they know you're waiting! I've never been to a slower pharmacy.

Pharmacy does a great job with a communication. There are multiple options for refills. They will contact you via email, voicemail, text, and their CVS app just to remind you to refill.
