Sarah was extremely customer service focused, friendly, punctual and a pleasure to spend an hour with. I had a multi state filing this year as well reporting farm rent and wasn't confident about doing it independently. Sarah explained each step and is very knowledgeable. Filing was more expensive that I anticipated.

H&R Block is a nightmare. I paid over $260 (30 minutes or less of their time) at the end of April to get my taxes done and we're nearing the end of September and I still have not received my return. Every time I call and ask a question every staff member gives me a different answer. I will never go back there and I would Never recommend H&R Block to anybody! Very incompetent.
