So I watched a black kid Bag up three customers items before me and then when it came to me he pushed my stuff toward the bags and I bagged it up myself and I had less items than any of the customers before me talk about racist
The manager working at customer service is worthless
Standing in line at customer service desk , waiting for twenty minutes for them to help one customer ask to talk to the manager and all she did was smile , saying there's nothing she can do

Glad to have a grocery in town, but the registers take forever, prices are very high unless you shop off the weekly ad, and the general vibe from the staff is very indifferent.

When I came to Hy-Vee on December 16 I was looking for a item and I ask one of the employee Jack and he was so patient and friendly I love his customers service we need more like him a great person.

Always top notch at Hy-Vee. Coming from Texas it's been hard to find a grocery store to fill the void HEB left. Hy-Vee is the only grocer that is equal to that. 👏👏👏

I love Hy-Vee grocery, all locations. One thing this chain does lack is trying to reach the Hispinac/Latino community. But the stores are clean and orderly. The hot food great and the pharmacy also.

Although the fresh deli meat section could be a lil more friendly for a person buying meat the way they like it cut would he great. Not everybody likes thicker slices or there kids may like them thin. Maybe even falling apart. Other than that. Store Is always clean. Somebody seems to be stocking all the time. Keeping your favorite 9tems on the shelves. Love this store. 😀

This store has a decent variety of items available at less than mortgage your house prices. Not much less than, but it's more like Cub than L&B.

I like the meat section and staff is helpful , friendly. Not having to bag our own is great too. I have to say after buying from bakery 4 to 5 times now im very disappointed. The bakery items have always been hard where there should be soft texture. Im not sure if switching goods around and redecorating is going on but im not buying anymore. I did return one item after tasting it but don't have time or energy to do it again. Your baked goods look delish but maybe too high priced so no one buys any so they get old. Putting bk on shelf doesn't help redecorated or not.
