“I've made several purchases from the online store and besides 1 small hiccup with shipping on my first order, that hiccup being i paid for next day delivery and paid for the additional amount for next day delivery, well it didnt arrive next day so i reached out to the store team and they refunded the amount paid for expidited delivery. Otherwise everything has arrived on time and in decent packaging. The prices do fluctuate from time to time due to the markets but overall I have been extremely satisfied with my purchases. All silver is exactly as described and all of them rounds, fractional and bars have been .999 fine silver as advertised. Will continue doing business with them and hopefully will be able to make an in person visit in the future.
