I’ve wasted over three hours on the phone on hold over three days calling at different hours. Looks like that is the norm with this place. Never again Don’t bother trying to call. They don’t pick up the phone.

I waited for 14 minutes and no one acknowledged me at the window. 5 cars now are behind me at the window. When someone finally came no sorry about the wait, nothing.
