I have been renting a 10x20 unit at Extra Space Storage for my vehicle sinceJanuary, 2025. It's a nice, secure, clean place. Jessica W has been very helpful from start to finish and willing to help with rate changes. Storage locates along hwy 14W, close to my place, highly recommended !

The units are clean, very secure, and the manager is very attentive. She is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and goes above and beyond!
She is quick to resolve any issues, and is also extremely friendly.
I have been at many storage units in the area and so far she is the best one so far. I would recommend this one over any of the other units if we are being honest.

I accidentally ordered a 10x20 garage which ended up being a spot outside. They were very helpful in letting me get a refund and then Leasing another 10x20 garage in another location. The manager lady from that location was very pleasant to work with and save me big time. I had a full U-Haul truck with furniture and it was getting later in the afternoon on saturday. If I remember right this was also her day off and she went out of her way.
