Co-worker gave them 2,000.00 dollars to hold a car for a deposit. they stated that they would hold the car for him. They then sold that car the next day and are refusing to give him his money back. Do not do business with this company they will take your money and run.

Started Off Okay Ended Badd , he is a Liar. He Say 1Thing And Do Another , he Kept Giving me turn Arounds (having Blank Trips) . So he Worked on my Driver side Window. He fixed That well &Havent had no issues W/That Since he repaired It. Then i turn around Took my volvo Xc90 Back to him For a Heat Problem i was Having . This Man Worked on it gave me A Used Blower Control , (Which i get he was Tryna Save Me money for a New One) For it not to be 100% Functional. I wouldve preferred a New One if the used one was gonna be giving me the same problems from Before he worked on the car. So I politely Asked him for half my Money back . He had Already Charged Me $360 To install The Equipment in. (also Stating He Didnt Charge Me Labor) So i wanted 180$ back He refusing to give me 180$ instead He wanna give me 100$ , 180 is Exactly Half &i feel he trying to low ball me Give me Less Than Half. Just Because He Charged Me 100$ (He Say) To put it in. So court case it Is. &Rude about it . Over Talking me All the Time Even hung up in my Face over the phone. I Do NO RECOMMEND GETTING SERVICE DONE FROM HIM.

Highly recommended. Tom helped me out with a very unique issue on my Volvo that no one else in town could figure out. He was able to isolate & fix the component in question. This saved me a great deal of money as I was afraid I was going to have to go to a dealer for this issue. Tom went out of his way to make sure he fixed the issue at hand rather than simply replacing parts. He held onto my Volvo & ran it several times before turning it back over to me making sure the problem did not return. This man really knows his way around finicky European vehicles.It was refreshing not to be judged or insulted for attempting to work on my own vehicle, unlike a certain other shop in town (check the reviews). I've certainly made some mistakes with my Volvo in the past, it's part of the learning process. Tom is a very honest & approachable mechanic. He acknowledged my efforts & encouraged me to continue to work on my Volvo, which I intend to do. I will happily bring my Volvo to Allstar for any future repairs I can't handle myself.

Been meaning to write a review much sooner than this but since I had excellent service for all these years can't imagine anyone wouldn't! So I thought I'd chime in on my experience. Been going to Tom for over 15 years with my BMW's and a Ford Escape I once had. In fact I was just out there a few weeks ago for a crankshaft sensor and one of my coils was misfiring made it ride rough after that repair my Beemer purs like a kitten no more rough idle! I have never had a problem with Tom or his sons service. Great honest mechanics that get the job done right. Tom is certified to repair foreign and domestic vehicles with top quality parts not many have those credentials! Trust me you don't just want to take these cars to anyone once they are out of warranty you need someone you can trust. So whether it's Audi, Mercedes, Beemers or Fords or any vehicle give Tom a call before you mess around with the other guy you'll be glad you did! His attention to detail is second to none!! Johnnie B

Tom has always been an outstanding Mechanic it may take a little longer in some cases to do something, cause he does higher quality of work the first time and there is no B.S. ever. I took first Jetta 1987 and now my 2001 and my Tahoe and I will always be a return customer!!
