My family and I had rented from him for a while, and whenever an event came up it was fixed right away. I've never had that experience with a landlord before. We moved out this summer to buy our first home and him and his financial team, shout-out to Habib for being the best mortgage broker ever, were incredible to work with. This is the only realtor that would get a Christmas card from my family. Absolutely recommend.

Andrew went above and beyond expectations! He rented to us for about two years, and during that time he was always quick to respond and fix anything that was broken, so naturally we went to him when we were ready to buy a house of our own. He was very knowledgeable when it came to any red flags while looking at homes, which gave me peace of mind as a first time home buyer. I knew we were in really good hands. We ended up buying a home from a family member and not needing his realty services, it became absolutely clear that he really did have our best interests in mind when he let us out of our contract without hesitation. He was even generous enough to still offer us use of his moving van for a whole week! Andrew was patient, well informed, and just overall a great guy to work with. Would recommend to anyone!!

Andrew helped us find our first home and we couldn't be happier! We were so excited to be moving to Rochester to start residency at the Mayo Clinic but buying a house around the same time felt daunting at first. Andrew proved to be well-organized, knowledgeable, and hardworking throughout the whole process. He went above and beyond to see houses quickly and we never felt pressured to move on a house we were not sure about. I would recommend him to anyone moving to Rochester and especially any incoming residents and fellows to the Mayo Clinic!

Drew was outstanding to work with from start to finish. He was knowledgeable and friendly throughout the entire process of selling our home. We were hesitant at times and wanted to wait for the right offer. Drew was patient with us and offered advice when needed. It was great not to feel pressured into making a decision. Even when we decided to decline offers (there were several because we are stubborn), Drew stayed engaged and moved onto the next with confidence. He always seemed to have a plan to get us the offer we wanted and stayed determined to help us get our house sold. This guy works hard to make sure things are done efficiently. Whether it was early mornings or later evenings, Drew was always there to answer questions or communicate with potential buyer's agents to keep things moving.
