“After moving to Rochester MN we drove past Kismet and stopped in to find great, unique decorations for our new home. The Fiestaware options have been awesome! The staff and owner were so helpful. After months as a consumer I decided to try consignment, and again they were so helpful and it’s so easy. They are very selective for quality and uniqueness, very fair and my sales pleasantly surprised me !”

“Nice bird feeders, and bird food. Great service, I offered to help, but before you know it the guy had 75 lbs of feed & corn in his arms and said"lead the way" Thanks ?”

“The owner John is an absolute gem of a person. My wife and I came by on a whim while waiting for a reservation downtown and while perusing he came in to drop off a lamp he repaired and struck up a conversation with us. It turned out it was his 50th wedding aniversary, and upon seeing my wife and I, he took out his wallet and gave us a 2 dollar bill he had that he felt symbolized a lifetime of love, as well as multiple free post cards to send home to our families and friends.

Regading the store itself, it is a fun, eclectic collection of all sorts of antiques. We found a beautiful antique silver ring at a very reasonable price.”

“Walked in expecting dusty shelves and creaky floorboards. Got history with a heartbeat instead.
The chatty old ladies running the place? Absolute legends. Warm. Welcoming. The kind of people who’ll tell you the backstory of a butter churn like it’s a crime documentary. I stayed five minutes and somehow learned about three marriages, a barn fire, and the glory days of 1978.
The whole place feels like time decided to stack itself neatly on wooden shelves. Vintage signs. Random tools. Glassware that has definitely seen some things.
Snagged a cool shot glass. Probably has a story. Probably once toasted something dramatic. Now it’s headed home with me to continue its career.
10/10. Came for antiques. Stayed for the conversation. Left with a tiny piece of the past in my pocket. ?”
