The staff is easy to work with as well. We found dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent, a neck traction unit (okay, that was online at HomeDepot.com), ear plugs for our noisy blender, weird tools we needed make our windows open enough to get out in emergencies, and more. There always seems to be enough parking so it's easier to get in and out that some big stores.”

“I brought in my vacuum, feeling it was done for. I had heard a clunk and smelt a burning smell. That often means multiple hundreds of dollars for a new one. The associate diagnosed my problem immediately. It was only a broken belt. He installed a new one, and showed me that the vacuum worked fine. He sent me home with a new belt so that I could do it myself next time. With advice and knowledge in hand, I left within ten minutes with a smile on my face and only a few dollars out of my pocket.
