Was in town from Texas and my phone completely died. Rochester does not have an Apple Store, so this AT&T store helped me out provided my with excellent service! Ashley & Tyler were by far helpful!

I have found great help at the AT&T Store while I've struggled with AT&T online. Highly recommend going to see Kenzie, Jason, Ashley, and Tyler at the store when you have any kind of phone or billing issues.

I had an excellent experience at this store. Compared to other places I've been, the service here was top-notch. Jason went above and beyond to help me with my phone issues and even found ways for me to save on my bill. I really appreciated his patience. I’ll definitely be coming back and sticking with AT&T. Highly recommend this store to anyone looking for great support. Great customer service

Man, I hate to give a poor review, but this store has randomly been closed during open hours the last three times I have stopped by in the past week. It is 5:29 PM on a Tuesday, and this is the sign shown (not even in the hours shown yet). I have empathy for short staff… but three times, closed, totally random hours. C’mon man!

I will be switching from att once this phone is paid off. You guys completely screwed me. Went in to trade my iPhone 13 Pro in told the guy that I wanted to trade my phone in and he didn’t listen to anything I said and signed me up for crap I didn’t want or ask for. So now instead of getting any trade in value on my phone which should been $1000 I now have to pay full price for this iPhone 16 pro and had other BS I got charged for and had to cancel once I noticed. reached out to att to see if there was anything I could do and nope. Out of luck they wouldn’t help me. So I’m going to T-Mobile once this phone is paid off or if any carrier offers to pay off your phone if you switch I’ll be switching. Crap customer service and crap company. I will never use att again. I’d rather go back to Verizon…

Do not go here. I had a 1 year ordeal of a “missing” phone that I traded in at this location. When ATT called the location they were evasive and were also unwilling to help me the entire year. The missing value based on my phone was $1000 on my ATT account. The head office said they had never received the phone. This location was not willing to help, just said they don’t know what to do.

Every time I need help with a complex android phone issue, the ATT team is fantastic. Today, Alec was able to solve a very complex problem, and saved my bacon. Way you go Alec, you are the best ! ! !
